Worse agency I’ve ever been to, the lady that’s in the front desk has a major attitude! The other lady that helped me jeane tried to act nice and told me she would let me know about some jobs that were a match for me and I never heard from her, why not give a call and say the positions were filled. Don’t recommended at all.

This agency is the best out there!!! Received a job (witch I love) within two days of applying. Do not believe the one star reviews. They are from people who cannot be placed in the workforce due to no work history, bad backgrounds, failed drug screens, horrible interview skills, ect. If you show clean and are nice you should have no problem finding a job here!!! I would recommend ES to anyone i know in need of jobs!!

The girls here are helpful in getting you a job I dont see why they have such bad reviews. You gotta be unprepared and or inexperienced in the field of work they recruit for . They are flooded with calls the minute they are open . Its best to come in with resume, ID card ssn and or birth certificate 2 forms are a must !! Worst staffing pace Ive been to. They post jobs online that they dont have available when you get there to apply. Then offer you something totally different after you fill out the application!

I read all of the bad reviews on here. Dont belive any of them, they are not true. probably just people who couldnt get hired for a specific reason they are not telling you. This staffing service is legit and will find you work quick if your serious.

They placed me in a job within a week. I started work on a thursday,called them on Friday and let them know that the job was to heavy. Having to lift over 150 pounds continuously on a cherry picker. Then the following Monday I was placed some where else with better pay. Great staff.

Employment solutions is a joke. They will give your job away that you show up to interview for, wasting everyone’s time. Harass your phone number, forgetting they just called!! The cheapest “drug test” on the market. Just use warm water. What a joke. You don’t get paid for orientations. No direct deposit for first 3 checks, so you get paid the next Monday.

They are very friendly and always have my check ready on time. They have great jobs!

Applied for a job at Lowes through this company, they looked at my resume which is full of employment history for the last 11 years and blew me off as if I wasnt worthy. Makes you wonder who is priority on their terms and who isnt. Still waiting for them to employ me weeks later.

One of the worst agencies I had ever been to in the whole riverside county. If you want great employees then stay away from this fake horrible agency. Honestly this is why Im leaving California because of agencies like employment solution = horrible business operations

100% of Everyone I started with quit or got fired for unknown Reasons. Super sketchy operation they dont fight for your job and they dont really care but to make money. I am a hard worker and this place doesnt help out . If you are looking for work then look elsewhere because you are just going to waste your time. They rather lay you off instead of giving you a raise 11.00 to start for a job that should pay 14.50 I didnt even get to have health insurance and was terminated right before my 3 month because of my work performance supposedly I was always on time and worked hard didnt miss one day at work. I called to update my availability, as I was explaining what I was calling for the receptionist just kept saying we will call you if we have an opening not even listening to the fact that Im saying I would like to update my availability and change my phone number. Then she just hung up in my face.

I want greeted right away. I was handed application. That took 20 minutes. I was interviewed for 3 minutes, and was sent on my way.

Be careful if youre going here to try to find your place in the world of manufacturing, warehouse, general labor. They dont like you trying to switch jobs, and require you to give a day notice (work 1 day), only to REPLACE you, but still not find you anything else. They are really fast at finding jobs for you, thats for sure. But for me, after a few hiccups, they stopped finding me jobs. I guess its because they want to look good or something? Im not sure. Oh well.

I applied, did the interview, and the lady Monica that interviewed me was totally unprofessional. I recommend getting hired with a directly then going through these bozos.

I have no complaints about this Agency,they kept me working all the time, minimum wage for starts, i have to start with something, since i dont have a career .

Dont lose your badge theyll hold your check hostage. If you like slave labor for minimum wage apply. Place is garbage!

This company sucks. They had positions open close by me open for good money and I have all the qualifications for the job but they didnt want to give it to me and called me the next day for a position over an hour away from me for minimum wage.

I wonder who manages this facility i really want to meet up with that person so I could just shake the hand of the manager of the most $hitty agency I ever been in. no professionalism at all very disgusting people .but hey we are the ones that need the jobs so we need to put up with $hitt like that right ? Not my own personal experience, but theyd removed my brother from Chipotle with no given reason after the birth of his daughter, my niece. Apparently even Chipotle was confused as to why he was removed. Id give 0 stars if the option was available.
