I’m very mad and disappointed because I was supposed to be at this location for my job interview at 2 pm but I did not make it because I did have something to do which was a last minute emergency and I had also seen online that I could walk in so I didn’t think it was too much of a problem that I didn’t show up at the expected time. I still decided to call them at 3 pm and one of the ladies told me that it was ok that I could still show up but when I showed up I was a little bit lost with what building it was so I called them and she told me that they couldn’t interview me anymore because they closed at 4:30 pm. The problem here is why did the lady told me to show up even tho I called at 3 pm and I have the screenshots of the call and she Also sent me The address at exactly 3 pm in a message which I still have it too, why tell me to show up and spend my money on an Uber and not be able to help me out. She never told me anything and she did take my name but when I call them they said that I was supposed to be there at 2pm but then why tell me the opposite before even taking my time to come. She also said that she expected me at 3 but how if that the time she sent me the address which o wish I could post pictures on here to show proof. Ubers are expensive and especially at this time when things are so crazy she made me waste my money for nothing!!!! . If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star. Please do better, some people don’t have jobs because of covid and It’s really unprofessional from you to tell someone to show up and waste her money and then make her look bad. ! $30 dollars spent for nothing & I could of gone to another agency and be hired on the spot.
