Everyone was kind and pretty professional, but it should not take 4+ hours to do an oil change. Had an appointment and still not priority ? I have things to do aswell. Pretty obnoxious
Service is great. My warranty ended and they still honored one last free oil change. Really went above and beyond for me. I come here every time and I have never had anything but great service
3 times I called them and three times I asked for a service person. I am a returning customer whose car they have worked on for several years and normally do a good job. Needless to say, nobody ever picked up, all 3 went to voice (including a supervisor) and so far, nobody has called back. Not happy, you guys can/should do better. :(
They werent very nice over the phone honestly. I felt like I was bugging them because I was asking them prices on services. They didnt want to tell me much about the Service as well. Almost like I was bugging the mechanic or something like that. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I still love Toyota.
Quick service only if you come in the morning
I dont really complain about service but I just had to in this case. I took my daughters car in for a oil change. I always check to see if they changed the oil filter due to bad experiences at a number of quick lube shops. Toyota didnt change oil filter. It had dust & road grime on it. Ive worked on enough vehicles to know this. The service adviser said between the time I got the service drove home & back it got all that dirt & oil on it. BS!!! Any way Ill just stop being lazy & change it myself. On a side note 2 weeks prior mother took her Tundra in for a service & they broke her antenna. They told her they werent responsible & she can buy a new. I suggest to choosing a different dealership for service.
Very upset with this service department. My experience was terrible. They were extremely careless and did not take accountability for their work.
Never followed up with me- reached out to them both via phone & direct chat on two separate days ( they were too busy to make appointment straight away, I had to give contact info for call/email back).Very disappointed in the lack customer service from this community business

Ive purchased two (going on 3) cars from these folks, and I appreciate their product as well as their expertise. The service dept is accommodating and makes it as easy as they can for repairs. Ive come to appreciate their suggested repairs because it helps me stay out in front of being stranded on the highway.
Great service every time I go
Set an appointment a week before hand. I was called by the service department 4 days before my appointment to let me know how long it would take to complete recall on my Camry. Car was dropped off at the scheduled appointment. 15 mins later I get a call stating the part was never ordered. Michael, kept repeating it was the “women at the service departments” fault for not making sure my recall part was ordered and on site. Michael kept “emphasizing” it was a vin specific part. 1. I bought my car there. 2. Even if it’s a vin specific part, you have VIN information in your system.I find it funny how they only offer customers to leave “reviews” for their service department if they know 100% they’ll get 5 stars. Not once did Michael talk to me when I was there to pick up my car. Completely unprofessional and I recommend you make sure they have your recall part on site when they call you to confirm your appointment.

Very bad experience
This is a Quick and attentive service dept. They explain in detail what is needed for maintaining your vechicle. Have a clean waiting area, with free coffee, hot cocoa & pastry. Electrical plugs for recharging. Tons of seating and TV monitors.
Bought my car here in 1999. Always found fine customer service and satisfaction. I have rarely been disappointed with the work done on my car. If I was unhappy with something, it was fixed/corrected immediately. The service person I always deal with is the absolute best! He is awesome.
Quick and easy
Helpful. But got my car back with scratches along the drivers side of the car. Looks like paint from someone elses vehicle is on my door. Very annoying. Nice people its unfortunate this happened.

I have previously posted that I take my car there all the time and that I thought they were great. However, this last time after I posted I had to go to a different mechanic because I wanted a second opinion. Although the service center is supposed to check your fluids looking under your hood etc it was found that there were two securing rings for a tubing that were obviously loose (observed this myself and fixed by the mechanic). Did they REALLY look under my hood? Did they REALLY check my fluids? I am disappointed.
