WOW ! Great customer service!! I towed my Jeep here, a 4 hr drive to get it worked on. I had it fixed and then some. The service lady Sara was very knowledgeable and keeped me informed of the progress when I would call. Sara was very nice. I definitely would recommend this place for automotive work. Well worth my trip.

Good customer service. Walk out with what we went for at a great deal. The truck had a few spots which we need to take back in to be repaired, but they didnt give any problems, they will take care of us. Will probably become my new dealer.of choice.

First experience was awesome! Bought a 2yr old used Malibu from a car dealership in Norco, Premier Auto on Hamner Ave and had trouble from day one!!! Completely scam artists, fraudulent, out right liars! 2wks after the purchase my shifter went out. Which the test drive I noticed something off, I asked the manager he told me I made the mistake shutting off the car! This is the first new car I had driven in 20yrs! So I believed him! I had purchased extended warranty top-of-the-line they denied my claim because they said I knew there was a problem before I purchased it this has been a horrible experience if I could bring a lawsuit against this company I would!!! I have seen so many social media sites about how terrible Premier Auto is so everyone knows and Im going to make enough noise to make sure they are not wanted in my town. So thank you to Riverside Chevrolet for helping me especially Maria in the service center she went above and beyond to help me to make sure I could get my car fixed because I ended up having to pay out of pocket two weeks after purchasing this car and I can already tell theres other stuff wrong with it I can hear it so I believe I purchased a lemon. So Im grateful for the people at Riverside Chevrolet because Im sure Ill be back!!!

I took my Denali in for some service at Dutton where I purchased the vehicle. The service people are diligent in letting you know how the service is going and approximately how long it will be. Ive had nothing but exceptional service and one on one communication with the service department. Im very particular about taking care of my SUV and they are the same way.

Lyft provided to home. Service was quick even with needing to order parts. As with all auto repairs it is expensive so independent repair shops should be checked

I wouldnt bother, its a fraud and waste of time. I spoke with Kylie,Lauren and Vanessa. Kylie assured me they had the vehicles I was looking for in my price range. I explained I had to get a ride from a mother of 2 small children, driving 45 mins 1 way. The mother had to stop to breast feed there and back. I get there and not 1 of those women either werent there or wouldnt bother to meet me. Instead I was met with Cesar and they completely wasted my time. They didnt have ANY of the 6 different types of cars I listed and NOTHING in my price range. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Those Toyota boys (and girls!) can take care of their customers! They got my car in for oil change, did a thorough check, and gave me an itemized list of things to fix to keep it going another 160k mileage. Amazing product and good group of professionals to keep it running.

Riverside BMW is where I visited to be exact. I purchased motor oil for my classic 1991 BMW. Its a cool place. They have done some remodeling. I think I liked it better the way it was. The road getting there from Magnolia and Adams needs work. Theres always traffic congestion and an exit ramp from the freeway 91 that needs modernizing. Really classy place to buy a car or get service. I have had to get repairs here in 2008 and had difficulty.

Gil from Volkswagen was an absolute helpful salesman he sure made my first time buying a car super easy and pleasant. Great job to everyone there to be honest everyone was so friendly

Take my Chevy Tahoe in for service at the Chevrolet in riverside Steve and James in the service center provide excellent and honest service. I was thinking of switching to a different dealer but after dealing with both of these outstanding gentlemen I will drive the extra few miles and taking my to Tahoe for service and repairs at this dealership. Honest service advisors are hard to find. The only thing missing is that the owner chooses not to wash your vehicle due to a water shortage which is funny because all the other dealerships that I have used over the past 3 years wash your car.
