Lost/ didnt recieve payment conveniently. If you want to pay in person to make sure they get payment you are charged a fee. Overall would not recommend to my worst enemy. If I could give less than one star I would

Did answer phone. Online times are different than what theyre door posted times are. Also never texted or called me back. I went with another insurance place instead.

In 2013 I got hit head by a drunk illegall I had ins but city’s best played so many games and said I didn’t have uninsured motorist Witch was my only want trough the policy why a jokeSo in 2018 I got a new car and needed insThey singed me up for the auto debit even tho I was a little worried abt itShriiie had promised me if my card was declined they would let me know so I could put money on it that never happens !!!3 months later I call out of the blue and my ins was terminated bc I didn’t payI was in the autopay and never was informed 1 time that it declined they keep my 275$ I payed for the downpayment!!So I called to get re insteaded and to ask why I was never informed they said it’s not their responsibility To tell us our cards decline that when it does they mail you a lettter well I never got the letter!!!So for me to get ins again he said it would be 150 and they would add better ins etc I get there and now it’s 250. For the same ins. And the lady so called singed me up for a txt alert Well my ins is so today and I never received the txt telling me this place is a scam

Went in here for a policy on octbober 4th. The premium was quoted at $571 for the year. Gave $224 for first month and deposit. I get a bill October 20th stating my premium is $795 because I have 2 unregistered vehicles and theres nothing showing my deposit and first month payment. I just want to know where did my money go?

Went to City Insurance Services to set up Insurance, because I was buying a new car. It was a Saturday afternoon. I drove to the dealer CarMax and they wouldnt allow me to purchase the car, so I called City Insurance Services and canceled the insurance within an hour. The insurance never took effect because I didnt own the vehicle. City Insurance Services turned me over to a collection agency. Dont deal with these people. Talk about scumbags, worst Insurance agents ever. I didnt use the insurance, it never took effect, because I did not purchase the car and theyre still trying to collect close to $300 from me. They put it on my credit report through a collection agency. The insurance never took effect because I didnt purchase the vehicle. The people working there are dishonest and are just trying to screw me out of money. Tell all of your friends and everyone you know, just how dishonest and greedy, this company is. They are criminals in their business dealings. I give them minus 5 stars for being criminals
