Dont bother doing trying to do business with this agent. Terrible experience.

They really should have an option to leave zero stars because this place has done nothing but add unnecessary stress to my life since day one. The staff here just do not know how to do their job. Lisa especially.I have had problems the very first time I became a client at this State Farm location. Ive tried to give them a chance over and over but I have had it. People make mistakes I get it, but when it becomes repetitive its very very frustrating.At first they didnt even have my car on the policy, it was a whole different car. Then I was being over charged. I called for three days, no one answered, even when I left messages. I finally got into contact with Lisa and she told me that she would change it to the correct amount. Well, when I got the bill in the mail, it wasnt changed. I had to go up to the office personally just to make sure that it was done. The funny thing is when I got there and walked in she was on a personal call talking away at her desk! (it was not her break)Thats the problem with Lisa, she never does her job THAT SHE GETS PAID TO DO!!!Im never one to leave a bad review but this was the last straw...I called one day to remove one of my cars from the policy, no one answered, of course, but Lisa did call back this time after I left a message to let me know that the car will be removed....A month later I see the bill and THE CAR IS STILL ON THE POLICY!! So I ended up coming out of pocket paying insurance to State Farm AND the new one I opened up. THE JOB NEVER GETS DONE.I have talked to Rush at least twice and he seems like he barely knows what hes doing or seems like he doesnt really care to want to help you.This location needs some serious training or new staff IMMEDIATELY.This will be my last day as a client of their location. THANK GOD !!

Rush has been our insurance agent for awhile now and I will never go to another agent or another provider. We use State Farm for both auto and home and have used our insurance in more than one occasion. Rush and his crew are personal and remarkable when it comes to giving us attention. I often compare experiences with the service friends, family and aquaintences get from their agents and companies. No comparison. You wont go wrong with Rush or State Farm.

Rush made me feel like a valued Customer he became our familys right hand man for all of our insurance coverage needs. Hes definitely a people person and made the transition from my former insurance company like a piece of cake he also saved us over a thousand dollars a year which was the icing on the cake! Lol Thank you Rush!!!

I have had State Farm insurance for about two years. Never had any issues really, until it came to canceling. About 6 months ago my policy went up 50$ I called them to see if they could lower it + they said no. I believed them and decided to not shop around, but after talking to a few people I realized I was paying TOO MUCH. So I went ahead and called a few places and found somewhere that would charge me 50 dollars less (funny huh). I called them to cancel and they send I needed to send them proof is insurance so I did. I asked the girl to call me once she canceled my insurance, she never called so 6 hours later I called her and she confirmed that my policy was now canceled. Well today I get charged by State Farm. At this point I’m furious. I asked to speak with Rush Farrah, he was extremely rude. Yes I understand I probably wasn’t pleasant but he did nothing to make me feel better about the situation. I will never use State Farm insurance again due to this experience! I wouldn’t reccomend him because it’ll be a mission to cancel!

Honorably one of my favorite reliable, trust-worthy insurance agent of all time. Thank you Rush for everything you have done for our families. Always there when I need him! 10/10

Wonderful service!! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful!! We have multiple insurance policies thru this agency and have had all positive experiences!! I would highly recommend Rush and his staff to others!!!
