Master Jim’s Taekwondo is a very special place. My son has Autism and is receiving the same training as all the other children. I truly am very blessed to have Master Jim and his instructors in my community. They provide discipline and love. He teaches my son to protect himself using self-empowerment and self-respect. My son is taught to respect his parents, teachers, instructors, fellow students, do his homework and never misuse Taekwondo! I also signed my son up for summer camp!! Everyday is an adventure! He looks forward to going and that blows me away !!! Movies, park, field trips, wall climbing…the fun just keeps coming!!!

My son Forrest has autism and has been with Master Jim going on 5 months. In this short time Forrest has learned so much and is learning to face all his fears. Jim is so patient with the children but makes sure they learn to respect others and not misuse what he teaches them. Forrest is learning better social skills and always wants to practice what he learns from Master Jim at home or even at the park. Forrest is in Master Jim’s Taekwondo Camp and he loves it! My son loves to go to Master Jim’s Taekwondo. He has attended regular classes and now is going to the summer camp. My son age 11 recently started the summer camp and absolutely loves it. Master Jim keeps them very active and yet instills respect, compassion and teamwork. The social aspect intrigues me the most, especially when my kiddos has been lacking social interaction for so long. A great place to take your kiddo, I highly recommend Master Jim’s Taekwando.

We chose Master Jims Taekwondo based on the previous positive reviews and are very pleased with the experience for our 3 year old. I like the emphasis on focus and respect and my son really likes the exercises and different parts of each class. Master Jim and the other instructors are great with the kids. The pricing is pretty comparable to other activities weve looked into or done when you factor in that there are two classes each week, which I think is another plus for reinforcing and keeping active.

Master Jim is a wonderful teacher who commands respect and helps each student to be their best. My 5 year old grandson loves going to class and is now attending summer camp. This is a treasure for all ages, small children to adults!

You had to pay for everything on top of already having to pay monthly and all you get for paying monthly is stretching and simple strikes along with being advertised to buy other things that any normal martial arts schools would give you for paying monthly. It was not a fun experience and I wish we would have saved our money

Master Jim Tae Kwon Do is a great resource for the community. The self defense classes are informative and conducted to help participants gain confidence and skill. The kids programs balance physical skills with mental focus and control so the students learn both moves and respect. My grandson has been going to Master Jims for a year and two months. They are so good with him. He has some disabilities and it takes longer for him to get the moves down, but Master Jim and Master Abraham are great. They are so patient with him, they never give up or get discourage and they dont let Michael give up on himself either. Teaching the rules and values of the Dojang and the Tenets of Taekwondo has helped Michael in class as well as in his personal life. We love it here.

Master Jim is great with the kids and hes even an Olympian. Definitely one of the best values in town. The kids love it.
