This club is very friendly. The coaches are very attentive to all students, off or on the mat. They are interested in your children succeeding at all levels. Professor Gustavo is probably the best teacher Ive ever had including my academic career. The environment at Gracie Barra Rio Rancho is very homely and welcoming. Everybody is there to learn. And the staff is great. I like to think of it as my home away from home.

Excellent instruction and flexible class schedules. Both the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as the Kick Boxing classes offer great training and intense workouts.

From the moment we walked in, our normally very nervous 8 yr old was put at ease in his trial class, an instructor was by his side the whole class and let our son chhose when to join in the activities. My son cant wait for the next class.

Ive been training here since it opened around four years ago. There are four schools in the Albuquerque area under the helm of Roberto Alencar (Tussa); his brother, Gustavo, leads this one in Rio Rancho. He has deep knowledge of the art and a passion to share it. We are all one team, but this school has become my home. It is a great environment - very friendly and not intimidating - I love to train here. I love jiu jitsu because it is challenging physically and mentally and it forces you to focus on what is happening at that moment. It gets in your blood - I highly recommend giving it a try.
