This comment is for my recent experience for large item pickup. The service was not provided on scheduled day and time. In fact, I have to leave the furniture out on the street for 4 more days. I have not received any call or email for my complaints. I was not informed about fees when I called to schedule the service. But I was handed a little over $100 fees for the service later on. Quite frankly, I tried to search about service fees on Waste Management website but I did not find anything. Overall, I am disappointed, and I am not going to use their service for large item pickup in the future.

Double charged my credit cards. Have been trying to contact someone for 7 days. Sent 4 emails and called over a dozen times. Zero response! Finally resolved 7/28/21 so I changed to 3 star from 1.

They dont clean up debre that blows out during dumping of Recycables, and then they still put the Recycables in the dump, the Same location as regular trash claiming it for whenever it becomes profitable. Then they ONLY want certain recyclable items washed and cleaned prior to putting in receptacles dispite being buried in dirt at dump. Its ridiculous

Weekly Pick Up is excellent, the Recycling scheduling needs IMPROVEMENT. We live in an area where we have no Choice on our Trash and Recycling service.

Everything was great with customer service but I believe the drivers should listen to directions on were to drop the dumpster next .very inconvenient for my workers and cost me 4 extra hrs of work .Was out 200 dollars more then what I needed to be

Not sure if this is the right place for this Review. I just set up my account 2 weeks ago but without any notice the trash containers were REMOVED from my property without any notice!!!! on May 14. Tell me how you would feel when you are just moving in but WASTE MANAGEMENT gives you inconvinience and its a weekend!!!! Early Monday, I called 892 1200 to request delivery ASAP coz Tuesday is a trash day, and management to call me to explain but no response from the management at all. I was told it will be delivered by 7PM but no trash containers until 7AM the next day. Called again on Tuesday but was told the same thing. I am hoping to speak with the manager and not the reps, all I need is additional pick up due to the inconvinience youve caused, and a detailed explanation why you removed those containers without any notice when I just set up an account.

Went to pay 40 bills at the local office. It was closed no way to make a payment and when I called I was in hold for 30 minutes with no answer. They should have a drop slot for payments . If you do not want to provide customer serve why have an office here???

My Seller and the estate services person called WM over and over trying to get the large bags WM provided picked up. Neighbors started complaining about trash blowing all over the street all weekend since they werent picked up LAST WEEK when they were supposed to be picked up. Calls on Friday were met w a recording that they did not have a call center due to Corona but were working on it. The bags finally had to be moved into the garage yesterday due to 50 mph winds. WM sent an email to the family saying the bags werent there so they couldnt pick up. SERIOUSLY???? They are THE WORST company and we are stuck with them. I had the same problem with a property we puchased. They dont communicate or respond until you find another temporary solution then they tell you they tried. Id be happy to pay double to a competitor that will put them out of business.

They dumped my trash bin in their truck 2 weeks ago. Been promised new bin 6 times and nothing. Called and agent was rude saying well there is still pickup take bags to curb. NOT THE POINT. Then asked for supervisor and put on hold for over 30 min where I believe the agent had no intention on getting supervisor.

Horrible attitude and the lackluster customer service. They will take your money and tell you anything to get you off the phone. They never come through on their promises/word.

Absolutely terrible - crooked monopoly (former exec was city council member) with high rates, and worst of all, just the worst customer service.Two stars instead of one because they usually do what they should. But when you are the monopolized municipal garbage service, you need to A) answer the phone; B) show up when you say youll show up; C) be respectful.Note I didnt even ask for experienced, or able to help with issues. Those would be nice, too.

Support staff is rude, the guy I was talking to hung up on me. I am very dissatisfied with service in general because my family uses services 1-2 times per month and we still get charged the same amount as people that dump weekly. When I expressed my concern to the staff member they suggested that I switch to a smaller titer so I can dump more frequently.

My regularly scheduled trash pickup was for Friday. This is Saturday and everyone’s trash cans on Applewood are still sitting out - most full to the brim. I called and was told that the driver came by yesterday and my cans were not out. I pointed out that indeed my cans were out and so were all my neighbors’ cans. Then with no apology the agent told my he would “push for” a pickup today but it would probably be Monday. That’s three days with the wind blowing everyone’s trash throughout the neighborhood.
