I used to really like Nusenda until recently. They clearly don’t train their staff as I have had not one, but several issues with their staff providing incorrect information. I also had an electronic funds transfer TO them from another bank that they put a hold on and did not inform me until I called to find out why I had no access to the funds. Violation of regulation E, receiving bank is supposed to credit immediately. I decided to move mine and my kids accounts to another CU
Lobby Saturday hours of operation were not accurate. Was not open at 1:30 PM and hours posted online stated open until 6 PM.
Why does the web site say the branch opens at 8 but the door actually opens at 9 on Saturday?

Went to my bank today received horrible service. I was robbed and assaulted in ABQ. I was trying to get my account situated from the thieves that stole from me. I again felt violated from my own bank not wanting to help me resolve the problem because i didnt have clear identification, When clearly i explained to them that my ID was stolen, However i had an ID that could clearly identify me and still Eric Ruis ans staff refused to help me. Very disappointed and i recommend a new bank somewhere else.
Long waiting times and people are not concerned of your needs and no call backs
The drive up teller is completely cool. Theres no window to see the teller so you wonder whats up. Then you begin the transaction and poof! Up on the screen appears a teller working from a remote location. No suction tube to send your checks etc. Theres a scanner built right into the machine. Way cool experience. Ive been inside a few times as well and the employees are great and its almost never busy.
God awful service. Wont give receipt on loan payment that was made in cash. Never had this problem until this place got new staff. Getting the loan paid off as fast as we can so we dont have to do business with this place. Never dealt with people as rude as this. Just unacceptable.

There are extremely nice always have a smile I’m so happy I switched to them I’ve have been to othe banking services over my years and Nusenda makes u feel at home. Love there live teller drive thru too! Keep up the great work!
Excellent service is not what you find here. I would rather cash my check at Walmart and Walmart is pure cancer so that should say something about the awful experience that I have had with nusenda. I would never recommend this place, there is no customer support network, if you have an issue they just sweep it under the rug. Not open when they say they are
Id avoid this bank and go with a different credit union. I ordered a new card, and the incompetent banker didnt complete my address. So now after waiting 15 days of not receiving it, I have to wait another 10 to reorder it.
Never using the live teller machine again.. somehow my money got jammed in the machine and $24 was left unaccounted for..
