This place is great. My old Ford Fusion used to give me a lot of issues and the guys from ignite auto resolved all the issues I had in a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for your car needs.

The 5 stars are real and for a reason. I definitely was happy with the repairs done on my car for coolant issues/leaks. From start to finish everything was done on time and correctly. I came in for rotor machining... They were very busy but fit the request in. I would go back again.

Took a vehicle to this shop to get an oil leak fixed. They had said it would only take a few days. Ended up taking almost over a month. He had quoted at first $500 then because he broke something doing repairs he charged to repair that along the way trying to charge over $1000. He had said the oil leak was repaired but the oil leak still is going on, they forgot to put back the engine cover and made us go back causing the engine light to go on. They forgot to also double check something underneath to tighten the oil. Well anyways the oil is still leaking $1000 later and on top of that they don’t want to honor labor warranty they say they offer. They never fixed the problem so now we have to find someone else to do the job right and hope they have some integrity. I just wish they wouldn’t waste someone’s time and money. That’s all.

Good little shop

My family is new to Rio Rancho and both of our cars engine lights came on. We took both of them in to Joe and Moses and they treated us great. They were very knowledgable and friendly. Not only did they diagnose the issue but took us through the process step by step. They are honest and didnt try to overcharge. We fully support small business and we would highly recommend taking your vehicles here if you need any work done!

Joe and His Guys did a wonderful Job on My 1999 Blazer, They did Cooling System Flush. Got my Heater back running again.. Nice to drive with the heater back running..Thanks Joe and his Mechanics. Ill be back again for more work on my ride, as needed. Next time when I back in. Want Joe and His Mechanic to work on my front Suspension.. and another flush on the Radiator..

Great service and honest mechanics! Came to town from Denver Colorado and I wish I had this type of service there! Moses had everything done fast and efficient!!

So I drive by this shop every day on the way too work. My truck started having problems and me not having time to fix myself I decided to give this shop a try. Joe was able to do a oil change, engine tune up and fix a vacuum seal leak in no time and at a price that if, for I actually had the time to fix I would still pay him to do it. His kindness, professionalism, pricing and speed of service was way more than I have ever received from any other shop. I feel a great mechanic is hard to find and an honest one is damn near impossible to find and I feel I have found both. As long as Joe runs his shop this way he will have me as a customer for life.

Great staff, always honest and straight with you of what you need and when you might need something. They will beat prices but usually already have the lowest to start with! They focus on quality work for the best price to their customers. Will always have them work on my vehicles!

I went in for an oil change. After the oil change was completed, they let me know I had a nail in my tire and offered to repair it and do a tire rotation if I had time. The staff was very knowledgeable and considerate. They explained all my options without being pushy. Will definitely be returning when it’s time for my next oil change.

Joe has help me with my Cobra convertible and Maxima. The Maxima is my money pit! Since Ive been bring it to Joe my car is fixed the first time, finished work earlier than quoted and Joe and the business have exceeded my expectations! My last mechanic got too big for having the same quality service. I have the quality I look for her at Ignite!

Had my Camrys wheel bearings and hubs replaced along with an oil change all done in a rapid time frame, would definitely reccomend going here rather than a dealership where youll get overcharged. Joe provides excellent customer service and is thorough and honest on what should be done to your car to keep it safe on the road. Definitely going back with my other cars soon!

My oil change was fast and they checked all my fluids and my tires. In an emergency situation my engine light came on and I showed up unannounced and they helped me right away..
