In the month of November, My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Kasa Maui. It would have been ideal had it not been for the following: The bed sheets were dirty. When I called the number left for guests, thats on a laminate pink sheet, the lady who answered stated that they no longer manage that property. I finally got a hold of one of the managing agent. She send a set of new sheets, which were left outside. When I went to replace the dirty sheets with the new set of sheets, the mattress cover was full of yellow stains.My husband and I hardly got any sleep because the air-conditioner is an old unit mounted on the wall, and is extremely noisy. Also, the wall where the unit is mounted, has a lot of condensation and as the outcome is cracked. The pillows were very hard to sleep on. Most places provide a hard pillow, and a down or soft pillow. The mattress was light, not lending much support to the body.We were provided with one set of towels for our entire stay. It would have been fine except that we only had one hand towel, and there were two of us. When we ran out of toilet paper, I called to find out if there was a roll left anywhere. I was informed that they only provide the first roll.Kasa Maui is a decent place that could use a little bit of attention to the above mentioned. It would have made all the differences finding clean sheets, a pillow to lay my head on, and a cool but quiet room to sleep. I also would have appreciated having been told on their website that they only provide one small roll of toilet paper, to bring your own. LolSo if you are planning on booking Kasa Maui, consider bringing, or buying when there, your own toilet paper, your own pillow/s, set of towels, some ear plugs, unless you take knockout medication, and possibly your own sheets.
