Though we enjoyed the water. Its a horribly sad sight to see the houses and buildings that have collapsed into the water. They were built invading the beach probably with permits granted illegally by corrupt government officials. Go some other place. Culebra and Vieques are well worth the hassle of getting there.

My friends stayed here - we visited them - for us we like being by the surfing beaches but this place was great for my friends with kids. the pool had all kinds of toys and then we walked 10 steps to the beach with no waves. i guess this part of rincon doesnt really ever get waves. epic spot for families

Its an amazing house for a big family. Very private and the pool and beach are beautiful.

The neighborhood is not pretty.
