Great customer service and reasonable prices

Called at 8am. Was told 3 tires would be there at 1pm same day. Stuff happens, but that promise didnt. I ended up being able to get only 2 tires from another tire dealer that wasnt able to install. Due to Covid-19. I called Rutland back, they did it free of charge for the mishap earlier!! Good down home folks! Great shop!!

Damaged one of my brand new wheels and told me they would get it fixed. They had me drive back up there the next day just so the guy could use some spray paint in a cup and do the worst job I have ever seen. When I looked disappointed I received a huge helping of his bad attitude. I was so mad I had to leave. Do yourself a favor and just throw your money out your car window. At least this saves you the headache of dealing with this company.

They were able to service my tire as I came in with a large screw without an appointment. This is the second time that I have been in a bind and they have got to me quickly.

Very good with Car Services

My tire sensor said i had a major low tire. Id had some trouble with low pressure a few weeks ago then it was ok until today. I called to see if they could look at it and was able to go right away. That was convenient. They could not find a leak; perhaps its a really slow one or the sensor. They were very friendly, polite and did not charge me even though they had spent plenty of time working on it. I was very grateful.

Good honest people. I had an issue once with a set of tires wearing out too fast(manufacturer problem) and Trey went above and beyond to get them replaced with a better tire. Would highly recommend.

Great place to get tires. Can be slow due to their volume of business. So plan to drop off your vehicle so you can be stress free! They do great work, and are reasonably priced.Good place to get tires for a horse trailer too. They will do a thorough check on you bearings etc if you ask. Your horses safety depends on good tires.

Because I didn’t want to pay for both tires to be put on they took both off unprofessional

Very happy with the price and service

I dropped my car off to get a tire patched. They called me a few hours later and said it could not be done and said I would have to replace it. They then gave me quotes on my tire told me the cheapest tire was a off brand tire and would be $130 I called around got a tire from Walmart Goodyear for $91. I brought the tire to them and was told $37.50 which was higher than others but sense they made it feel like I owed them to tell me my tire was bad I told them to do it. I get a call a few hours later to pick it up and the price was now just under $50 said they had to put an extra seal on my valve stem (There are no seals on valve stems)DO NOT GO THERE.

I love Rutland Tire. They have reasonable prices and they never suggest something I dont need. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else for my tire, brake, and oil needs.

They claimed they could not find the tools to put the spare back. My trucks tire kit was in the factory location. I bought four tires from them. I would find another place to buy tires. The service anywhere else couldnt be much worse.

Didnt have my size tire but good place I guess

Went to get a tire checked and repaired. The tire could not be repaired do to a pin hole leak in the sidewall. I have road hazard at Walmart for the tire so I had to go there to replace it. Rutland did not charge me for their services and was very nice. I would highly recommend going there.

I went here distressed about tire pressure light. Found outa screw in my tire. The guy who helped me was very nice. My husband is away because of work, and I dont know much about cars. So I really needed help with basics without the hassle of a hard sell or being taking advantage of. Well it was a good thing I came here. They gave me all my options and took care of me without charging a dime. I was in and out in no time. My 3 year old even had fun since they keep a few books for her age group. I would highly recommend these guys to you.

Rutland Wheel and Tire in Rincon is the only place I take my vehicles to get serviced. Dana and his staff are knowledgeable and always make customer satisfaction their number 1 priority. I highly recommend them.

Ask the service provider to quote me a tire change off premise around 9:00am (Got Delayed). Called back around noon (Got Delayed and didn’t check car 1min @Walmart Next Door) Finally, at 3:45ish I called back and the service provider gave me a answer and it was I quote,” Well Sir, I won’t be able to get to you til Thursday afternoon.” I waited approximately 7 hours on Monday to get a delayed answer for service on Thursday? Now if that’s customer service, I’m applaud.

5 hours waiting on alignment and 2 front tires. I told them I wanted alignment check first to see if I have any issues other then alignment. What do I get 2 new tires and informed that I need upper control arms replaced. I specifically told them I did not want new tires put on if they was just gonna be tore up in few weeks. I work crazy hours. Hard to just get things done. Im pretty mad. This is bullcrap. Not even a sorry. Bet they dont wait 5 hours to get there 400$! I would have still got the tires but maybe had them put on the back. This is what I call poor customer service. Now I have to go pay someone to rotate tires. Get your stuff together!

I tried to get my car aligned there and when i went to pick it up they said i was going to need extra parts to align my car. They could not get it to factory specs. I told them not to worry about it and they still charged me for an alignment. What a poor company. Do not go here they will try and milk you for every penny. This is what gives auto shops a bad name. I took my car elsewhere and got an alignment cheaper and needed no extra parts. my car drives straight as an arrow now. The customer service guy at the counter was pretty rude too.

Not open on Saturday and Sunday? Do they think we can take a day off of work to come get our vehicles worked on? I think theyre missing out on a ton of business by closing on these days. Personally Ive waited all week to come on Saturday to get my alignment done, only to find them closed, on the only 2 days I have available. I wonder how many others got turned away like this? Im off to Savannah Tire and Wheel I guess...

My tires were not available so they had to order them. Told me they would be in the next day at 7:45. I arrived and was told it would be up to two hours for them to put my tires on. My car was on the lift for over an hour and nothing done. They do not take appointments but they should not take that long. I was the second person to arrive. Will not go here again. They dont communicate with the customer and no urgency to get their work done.

For a long time friendly good people

Slow and tried to overcharge. Made an appointment for 7:30 when they opened. Still took them 2 1/2 hours to mount, balance and install 4 tires. Kid that was working on it would start, then go off to do something else, then back to mine and repeat. I picked up my tires from a TireRack warehouse and used Rutland because it was the closest recommended shop. The email from TireRack listed the cost of all the services so I knew that they charged $15 per tire for my size. When I arrived I told the lady the it was a TireRack tire install. When I went to check out, I was shocked at the initial total of $148.12. The guy checking me out talked to the lady and found out it was a TireRack install. They dropped the price to $126.84. Granted they didnt charge the tire disposal fee, but charged me $25 per tire for install. After talking to TireRack about the overcharge, I got a call from Dana telling me they would fix the error. I went back in and was refunded $29.57 (minus the difference of the install overcharge and plus the tire disposal fee). Everyone was super nice and very polite, but that does not make up for how long it took and the feeling like I was being gouged. Will not use them again, and wish my first experience with them had gone better.

All my questions were answered, in a timely fashion.

The wait is long but they take care of you & let you know what you need, give you pricing for everything before you decide to go with the service or not. Get there early or make an appointment.

Quick to say one thing and do another, seems to me they milk the job at hand, and make up repairs so to add to the price no matter what you go to have done

Took my car to have what I thought might be a bad wheel bearing checked out. Was advised the noise I had heard was worn tires not the bearing. Bought a set of tires and was advised when car was ready that the bearing was bad. Will never bring my business back.
