Ordered some tires for my Jeep. They had them mounted and put on in a timely manner. Absolutely love the tire option they offered me. Even went back later on to have a repair done under warranty. Awesome place of business.

I visited Mavis tire recently on a Sunday and despite not having an appointment and the shop being very busy, they were able to fit in my oil change and rotation in under 30 minutes! Ms Vicki also informed me of an additional brake service needed without the usual scare tactics you would expect to hear at a dealership.

I was in a bit of a pinch. I came out the grocery store & my tire was very flat. My 1st & only call was to Mavis b/c they were across the street from the grocery store. I was in & out. Excellent customer service. & My groceries survived😆

I never like going to someone to fix my car, but I would definitely come here without any hesitation. They dont try to scam, and I could tell they genuinely were looking out for my best interests. Super friendly and not bad pricing. Most importantly they have compassion for you, they dont work against you. Highly recommend this shop!

I needed to replace one tire that was destroyed when I ran into a broken storm drain. My Pacifica is less than 1 year old. I wanted to replace it with the same Michelin tire that the vehicle came with. Many tire dealers did not even carry the tire, those that did told me it would be 3-5 days before they would be able to replace my tire. When I called Mavis the attendant was polite looked up the tire I needed and had it in the store by 0700 the next morning. I arrived at my scheduled time and within 30 minutes drove away with new matching Michelin and saved between $45- $70 over other quotes I received. Thank you Mavis Tire

Made an appointment a day before, on my appointment date and time they took my truck into the shop. About an hour later they returned my truck took it for a good ride and no issues with the balance, rotations. They we awesome thanks. By the way no grease stains on my door or inside of the truck. Again great job and thanks. Ill will definitely be back.

Exceptional service.. so about 2 months ago from this date.. I had a flat.. rode on it for a mile and unmounted my tire and brought it in Jamie (very good guy/employee) knew instantly that I rode on it and warned me that it was not salvageable and was unsafe. Got a new tire very pleased with it so hop back to the present I’m slowly getting new tires finances are low and again walk in and Jamie is there he tells me that there’s a 4 hour wait and I could reschedule if I needed to, honestly not a problem with me at all they were very busy at the time well I did.. dropped my car off today and very good customer service very happy to help me with my needs way to go! Definitely recommend will go back there for sure.. extremely helpful and kind staff.. keep it up mavis crew!

Don’t know what the point in making an appointment is. Had an appointment for 1pm spent sometime running errands in rincon while we waited, get called at 4:17 stating the didn’t have the right tire key so we went by there showed them we had one in the door. Then they said they wouldn’t have time today all of a sudden. I definitely will not be bringing my car back here as I left with no tires on my vehicle and wasted a day that could have been spent doing other things. Very dissatisfied.

Brought my car in for a diagnosis. They told me it was my brakes, and recommended all new brake hoses, calibers. $2,000 later it did not fix the issue. Had a mechanic friend look under the vehicle, and he saw the drive shaft, and bearing rubbing. How did they have my car up in the air and not see this!!!! They miss dionosed why I brought the car in!!!!!!!!

I have visited the Rincon Mavis on a couple of occasions. They are a very good place for tires and service. Today however, I want to give a big compliment to Vicki . She was great. She was very professional and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me today. Associates like Vicki are why they get repeat business.

Dont go here for your tire needs. The first time we went here for an oil change and tire balance/rotation(wifes car) and they didnt do the tires and told me they did when I checked out but it wasnt on paperwork so I called and then was told oh yea, they didnt do it. The second time I took my truck to get the tires balanced/rotated only and when I got it back it was way worse(vibration) so I took it to Davis Tire and found out that 3 of the tires were separating and needed to be replaced badly. How would they not notice this if they know anything about tires? And why would they even do the rotation and balance if they were so bad? They never even mentioned anything to me about it and it could have been very bad if I kept driving on them like that. I think they either dont pay attention or just dont care or have any knowledge. Go to Davis Tire instead or Rutland Tire.

I had an appointment here to get and new tire for my car, which I mistakenly showed up to an hour early with my 3 children. They have been under the guidance of a new GM and were understaffed that day so understandably there was a bit of a wait. These people went WAY above and beyond to help us and even helped keep my children entertained during the wait. I am so happy about the new leadership of this store and they treated me like family from the second I walked in the door. I will never use another shop again!

It was a pretty great place. Theyre fast and friendly, unlike most tire shops, theyre not out to get you and theyre willing to work with you on prices if it comes to it. Given the holiday season, be prepared for a wait, but as long as you have an appointment, it shouldnt take as long. Out of the few shops Ive been to, Id definitely recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes.

They were great bought a new truck got a screw in it and they were able to replace my tire for me. Another place wanted to charge me over $60 more for the same work. The manager I believe was Katie and her customer service skills were amazing. I Will definitely go there again. I would definitely check them out. There is a reason they stay busy.

Havent had good experience with Mavis Tire. The past two times that weve had tires put on our vehicles. The lug nuts were not tightened and wheel almost came off with my 17 year old driving it.

Went to get a tire plugged and the next morning the tire was flat. Took it back to the shop and they said the tire was damaged and unable to hold air although it held air enough for me to drive it to and from work and to their shop, but I digress. Lesson learned will never be returning to that place.

Made an appointment for 2/13, received a call on 2/12, they over booked for the 13th, so I made it for the following Saturday, the 20th, at 10am. Dropped it off, stated they were a little behind. I was told it would be done by 4pm. I called at 2pm, they told me they were pulling it in next. Show up at 4pm and its not even started yet. So explain why do people make appointments? Explain why its acceptable business to make a paying customer be without a vehicle for 6 hours while it took up a parking spot. I sit in here at 4pm still waiting for it to be pulled in. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Unacceptable customer service. If my tires were not as bad as they are right now, I would walk the heck out, and take my 1000 dollars somewhere else.

Had an appointment on 04/19/21 for 1 pm, drop the car off at 11 and went about some errands. Called at 2:30 to check on the progress and was told they were about to pull it in. I get to Rincon around 3:30 and the car was not even started. Passed by again around 4 and the car was finally in the bay. Drove home all the way to bloomingdale and back to rincon got back at 6 and my car is still on the lift and theres a trailer behind my car. Theyre finally done with it around 6 but Im still waiting at 6:30 pm because they cant get the car out of the bay because they have a truck and trailer in front blocking the bay.... 7+ hours later. Why schedule an appointment if you cant honor the appointment. Ive wasted my whole day off on this

Would highly NOT recommend. I was there previously and it was ok. The second time, I set up an appt weeks prior and the man confirmed my appt for Saturday at 8 AM. When I got there, they said that I had an appt for Sunday at 9. I dont really know how that couldve happened if my appt for Saturday at 8 was confirmed. Also, every time I went in there, someone was complaining about something being wrong with their vehicle after being serviced there. I would recommend getting your tires put on at Walmart in Rincon. Ive been going there for years and theyre back open now.

Well Ive been to many tire places in my almost 55 years...but these guys at this place are by far the friendliest most customer service focused guys Ive ever had!!! They went above and beyond my expectations. Although my issues were a unique challenge, they worked together and (including the manager) worked over to solve the issues. The fine folks here came to our rescue when my son, his dog, and I ended up with a blow out driving down the interstate. After a greatly botched tow (over 4 hours waiting for the car to be picked up and dropped off at the correct location), the folks here waited on us and took care of the tire as soon as it showed up, very late. I wish I had gotten their names as they were one of the few bright spots in this situation and I am so very grateful they were willing to help us so we could get home to Florida.

Called in the morning to see if they can work on my car for a walk-in. They said that they were able to and went over to drop it off. I get there and they said that they were overbooked. Definitely not what I was told on the phone earlier. Absolutely ridiculous and went to another shop that they can squeeze me in and upheld their guarantee. DAVIS Auto Co. took me right in.

My husband dropped his tire off today to be repaired. Tracy and Kelly provided excellent service and the tire was repaired fairly quick. My husband and I will definitely be choosing Mavis for our tire needs from here on out and we suggest you do too!

In my search for a reputable tire shop in rincon, this one carries my same sentiments as the local Walmart tire center. Horrible. Called Monday morning on April 5th to get a quote for 2 tires, Cooper Cobra Radial GT P275/70/R15. Was told they had them in stock and could bring them up today to have them mounted and balanced. Brought them up at noon and was told it would be about 3 hrs. No problem I dropped off the wheels. At 340 in the afternoon I called up there to see if they were done, they hadnt even to them yet. 20 mins later they call me back to tell me they didnt even have the tires in stock. Was told they could order them but I am done with Mavis. This is my second bad experience with them but thought Id give them another chance. Well they didnt impress me at all and will no longer recieve my business or referrals. This place has really tanked since they swapped ownership or GM. Just giving you a fair warning before using this place, if you take your vehicle up there regardless if you have an appointment or not its going to be at least 4 hrs before anything is even touched. It didnt just happen to me once, but twice.

This was my first time visiting. I made an appointment online the night before which is really convenient and easy. I was there for a while because they were very busy but every customer was greeted and treated so nicely. The woman at the desk i think her name was Tracy was so nice and very knowledgeable. Their limited hours and staff has caused some back up but they are handling it so great! As a person who also works for an essential business it was nice to see were not alone. The man who showed me the nail in my tire and told me i could save some money by just getting it plugged was friendly and seemed to want the best option for me without trying to sell me something i didnt need. I will always go to Mavis for any tire needs and recommend them to everyone! Thanks for the awesome service!

Absolutely amazing. There new mechanic is really good he’s quick and does great job at inspecting vehicles. He looks over the entire vehicle oil leaks belts ball joints u joints. And he’s the fastest I’ve ever seen anyone knock out pads and rotors. His name is David. And Tracy she is a bomb. I seen David run laps around coworkers. The work ethic he has is unbelievable I really hope that he never leaves that shop.

My husband and I use Mavis all the time. Theyre service is great. The two managers (they wear white shirts 🤷) are awesome. I came in to get a nail out my tire and then got my tires rotated. Walked in and out in a little over 1 1/2 hours. They were super busy, so I think that was great. If they dont have it, theyll run go get it from the Savannah shop. And theyre pricing beats most other places around here. And I like to save money, so Ive checked. Weve dealt with them a few times in the past month or so. Great service, great jokes, very friendly staff.

We absolutely love Mavis specifically because of Kelly, it was to our pleasure that she was working in this location temporarily which happens to be closer to our home in Rincon, we typically drive to Pooler because we absolutely love working with her. But she makes the experience of caring for your car one that is not typical in the industry. She goes above and beyond EVERYTIME, and will find a solution to your problem even if it takes all day. The staff here is also very friendly and efficient, I havent had to the opportunity to work with them as much as Kelly but she definitely is the reason we come to Mavis vs taking our brand new cars to the dealership. Out of nowhere my trucks front end started shaking on my way to take my son to practice. Called Mavis and they said bring the truck on over. They hooked it up and swapped my tire with my spare (thank God, because I wouldnt have been able to get my spare from under the bed of my truck). Come to find out, my tire was separating and getting ready to blowout! They saved me money and possibly from an accident. From now on my tire needs will ALWAYS be fulfilled by Mavis. Shout-out to Wes who told us they would help us out!

Went in for an alignment and was told I needed three new parts. Took the car and got the parts replaced so I could get the alignment done. Showed up for my appointment at 11 and was told I had to wait for everyone else who showed up before me to be finished which was a 2-3 hr wait. Went on and waited to be told I needed two more parts put on before the alignment could be done. Then they went on to tell me that if a particular person was in the shop at the time my car would’ve been inspected properly the time before and that because I took my car home to do the previous work they were telling me they lost a sale. Basically to make up for the lost sale from the week prior they told me they needed the lower ball joints fixed now before they could do the alignment. Brought the car else where to inspect the ball joints and they’re fine. This place was jerking me around for a higher price sale instead of what I truly needed and wanted done.

Have trouble everytime the seasons change with my tires getting low psi. Was going back home and spotted this tire shop. Where I am from tire shop employees are very rude, but I can say not here. If I could give THIS location a NEGATIVE 5 I would .Let me start by saying I got my breaks, a new tire and an alignment done at the huntersville store in Nc and Dylan and his staff were awesome ...... after riding an hour on the tire though I decided that I didn’t like how it was driving and called into the store in rincon ga to ask if I could exchange it for a stock size tire with better road rating ... I was told yes and that if I could come in by 5 they could balance and realign if possible because it wouldn’t take long...... GREATSO today I have someone take a day off work to get my car up there before lunch early and “Jamie” says that he won’t exchange the tire and that they can’t fix the alignment on my car for at least a week because they sent their guy to be trained ..... ( WHY WASNT I TOLD THAT YESTERDAY WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT??????) so then o ask for his managers number and was told I couldn’t have that information and given a generic 1800-4-traction number to which he seemed super annoyed when I had to ask him to repeat the number so I could write it down ....he says that rob at corporate told him not to honor what they told me yesterday which was that I could exchange it out for a different tire ...... I’ve contacted corporate to file a complaint on the lack of empathy and customer service and hopefully corporat me Does the right thing in this situation and takes care of their customer because had I of known their level of customer service was soo grossly different between locations I would have spent more money just to go elsewhere ..... a company offering a good price or value shouldn’t mean I have to sacrifice customer service and a good experience .... with all of the ways to shop online for tires, you would think retail store fronts that are becoming more and more obsolete would do their best to keep their customers .... so to Dylan and his crew thanks for your help ... to jamie at the rincon store ..... I hope they find someone more personable who keeps their word ......

WOW!! They are Very Honest and Affordable!! I had a bad vibration and noise in the front end of my truck, so I just dropped in to see if they could diagnose. I was Expecting the typical mechanic shop rip off sales pitch of needing 100 things done, but they rotated my tires, and problem solved! Also while there In line to pay, I heard them on the phone with another customer who was getting tires, telling her she didn’t need brakes at this time.... almost every shop try’s to sell brakes regardless of life left on pads. Definitely a very honest company, and they will be getting all my future business!

I was very upset after my visit. The technician that was suppose to put an all wheel alignment on my Van said he couldnt do it because my Tie Rods were broken on passenger side. They gave me an estimate of replacing them for 250.00 and I left. Took my Van to my mechanic and there wasnt anything wrong with the Tie rods.

I came to Mavis Tire in Rincon, GA to replace a blown out tire that came off my camper. I had purchased the tire previously and had my old tire still on the rim so it was a pretty simple remove the old tire and mount and balance the new tire but I came based off a recommendation from a relative who had all of his tires replaced here and he had nothing but good things to say and was not disappointed by the customer service or quality of work. And I have to agree!! Excellent customer service and will definitely use them in the future for all of my tire needs!!

If you want to see a joke operation you found one. Ordered my tires online and scheduled the appointment for two days later. Drop my car off at 9am for the appointment and leave. I happen to be driving by at 1pm and notice my car hasn’t moved so I stop in and ask when it would be expected to get done. They said I am the next one up. So I go on about my business and the. I get a call at 2pm stating that my tires weren’t even their and they did not have any other tires that size in stock. Your telling me my car sat their for 5 hours before they realized they didn’t have any tires.

Was in a pinch with a flat, Wes and his guys took care of me as they were closing to get my family back on the road. Thanks again

I went in a few weeks ago for a quick tire change. Katie at the front desk was very rude and acted like she didnt want me in the store. I was skeptical about even having my car worked on! I waited 2 hours for my car to get worked on, the workers were way too crowded with other cars too work on, Ian worked on my car, he could have been a little more enthusiastic about working, but he did a very good job, he was very polite when I went put and asked questions and didnt seem to bothered by answering them. He was very nice and an honest worker! I give this place a 3 star just because of the customer service from the desk and the long wait. They really need to stop having so many people if there is only 3 workers!

I will not EVER go back here. I originally ordered four tires online and someone in the office forgot to place my order causing me to wait five more days in which I had to rent a car. Then when they did get the tires in I had to show the mechanic where to put the spare as he had no idea where it went on my van, or how to release the button so the spare could be put on.When I went home I notice that my hood was bent. Furious, I took my van back into the shop and a man fixed it, telling me that a new employee had worked on my van. He also added that he only opened and shut it a few times and it was magically fixed. Last time I check opening and closing a hood would not fix what was done to my hood. Not even two weeks after I got my 4 tires from them one of them had a bubble in the sidewall (we think due to it being incorrectly mounted as we did not hit anything.) I was suppose to be leaving town that day and the man behind the counter told me my van was safe to drive over 5 hours with the bubble in the tire with two small children in the car. Please no one ever do this, your tire will blow. I knew better and did not drive my car with my children in it until after the problem was fixed. Waiting for another tire again we had to wait extra days because the tire did not come in when promised. When I called about my tire to see if it had finally come in I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back to finally get an answer after 10 minutes. I had to again wait because my tire was not in. In the end I had to pay $208 for another new tire, even though my tires were BRAND NEW. Mavis not only messed up the hood of my van, their customer service was horrible on the phone, and I had to pay twice for one tire due to their mistake. I will not ever go back here or send anyone their way. They are unprofessional, and they do not know what they are doing. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car shop. I would leave no stars if possible but you have to at least leave one. Please do not use these people unless you want them to mess up your vehicle.

I came into the store. I went to a few other of the shops in town over the past few weeks, testing out customer service, honesty, etc. The others lied, was talking bad about other shops (or the parts stores), one did not even acknowledge me when I came in. I deal with 30 drivers on average... so I wanted to make sure my guys would be taken care of when they went to pick up their vehicles. Mavis was the only shop that met my standards.The other shops, I would not have taken my ex wifes car to. I can not believe that one place lied and said my tire was bad (I literally only had the tire for about 500 miles). Mavis was the only store that did not lie, welcomed me with warm smiles. Otis, the manager, will go far in this industry. Tracy and Amber welcomed me with beautiful smiles and sat and chatted with me. Those ladies are in the right industry. The guys in the back, work so precisely and so friendly! They gave my car a good look over and never put anything down that did not need to be done. So, because of this service these guys have earned my fleet service. I will be in contact with your boss soon to set up my account.Thank you!!!!!!

Today it was so much cleaner and more organized! I really felt comfortable talking with Otis. I went on a Wednesday to purchase 4 tires and get an oil change. The wait to get me in would take over an hour and a half so I made an appointment for the Friday at 4 pm. I arrive 20 min early to find out that the tires I requested when I scheduled my appointment were sold by another employee. The employee stated she was just about to call me. I figured they would honor the price quote to get me a similar 100,000 mile quality tire. They first offered a 70,000 mile tire for 20 dollars more per tire to which I declined and I enquired about a 100,000 mile tire and they wanted me to pay $75 more per tire! They had no intention of giving me something similar that I agreed on for the 800+ dollars I was going to spend. I took my business elsewhere. There is no point to making an appointment if their inventory is that off. Not to mention their alignment technician would not even be there during my installation, meaning they were not going to align brand new tires! What kind of TIRE company does that?

Well, although the tire I replaced wasnt the one needing replacement, I was able to get back in and be taken care of properly. Friendly staff and very helpful.

I went there three days in a row they never did help me they kept sending me to other businesses.

These people go above and beyond for their customers. I needed tires for my Jeep I was very impressed with the price. Amber and Tracy made sure I was completely satisfied and will definitely use them again .

Amazing staff! Otis is the most sweetest man ever! Tracy and Amber is rocking it in the store! The guys outside are so fast and super sweet! Me and my whole family goes here.Ive went to the other tire stores in town, and they suck! Like the other guys down the road are such jerks. But I walked in here and I was welcomed like I was family.

Great prices convenient location, quality work

I went to store on Saturday and I was told they were to busy to come back tomorrow (sunday) I went to store this morning was planning on leave my vehicle all day and let them squeeze it in when they could. I was told 39 appointments and only 1 service guy was working all day. If I was told on Saturday that they were too busy I would have not wasted my time on Sunday morning. I think they should post on door only taking appointments. This store only one service guy. Obliviously the owners care about money and not having enough service people on hand to handle it.

Bait and switch company.They were given EXACT tires needed. I paid for as I was dropping off my car. Then they realized they had wrong tires. Wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. They have a 100% customer satisfaction sign prominently on wall. I called number and they returned call but basically said we erred but we have to charge more. I had always bought from Savannah Tire but unfortunately these guys bought them. They are not good business people. If you quote the wrong price and it is prepaid you should honor price as that is error of staff. I recommend in writing you get exactly what you want before you pay them a penny. They are bait and switch. Go elsewhere for customer service. It is worth extra to have an honest company.

Amber is the best. I had a blowout on my back tire and needed a tire immediately because I did not have a donut. she did not have my size but Walmart did and because of covid- 19 they could not put it on for me. So I called Amber at Mavis to see if they could Mount the tire on my rim and she told me that they were closed for today but she was not going to leave me stranded so told me to go ahead and bring the tire to her and she would take care of it. not only did she gain my business for life but also the business of my father-in-law who saw everything she did first hand because he was my ride.outstanding customer service Amber thank you.

Quick and professional service

I bought kumon tires for my vehicle. It took almost 3 hours and my tire sensor came on. When I asked about the sensor they told me to drive it around and it would fix it. After a month (covid prevented me from coming back) the light was still on. However, I came back and they replaced all my sensors and made the issue correct. The fact that they fixed the issue with out a hassle took a 1 star to a 4 star. Mac was helping me and the technician David that helped was fast and Fantastic!

I went to 3 different places to get a quote on tires and service. On my way home I saw this shop and decided to stop and ask as well. The customer service was GREAT and the prices were even better. They had the tires and were able to service my vehicle on the same day (big plus). I went home to wait for my vehicle to be done and within a couple of hours they were finished. Ill be back for my oil change on Saturday!!!

Amber took great care of our cars. She didnt overpromise. The work got done in a timely manner, and the price was fair. This is where I bring all of my vehicles for tires.
