Nice and quite. I dont like how when it rains really bad the water will come back up through the tub causing flood damage inside the apartment.. Also downstairs apartments will flood because the drainage pipes r sitting on top of mulch. Mulch retains water. Thats cause water to flow back into the apartments downstairs.
