Was very disappointed when our A/C unit going out was not treated as an emergency. Its the end of July in Mississippi and our apartment is currently at 85 degrees.Two maintenance requests have been submitted. One online and one verbally over the phone. If the apartment were flooding, someone would come immediately. Please explain why 85 degree temperature inside is considered less of an emergency. The outside temperature reached 93 degrees today, and we had no air conditioning.

Terrible. I put in an emergency maintenance request over a week ago and nothing has been done. I called the property manager several times and sent to voicemail. DO NOT live in any properties managed by them. I wish I could give no stars.

It takes too long for work orders to get done called my request in early this morning noone has not showed up called the company they cant tell you nothing but they submitted the work order moving time my lease up if not before they quick to take your money and they can easily let you know when rent is due but can respond tenants when its an emergency.this a response to yes time I had made this post a plumber was notifed anytime you have urine and feces coming up through your tub is an emergency you wouldnt live like or let your home go all day like that but in the mean time somebody need to schooled on whats an emergency and what is not cause technicallyl that an emergency

Hard to get in contact with. Left multiple voicemails and no one has yet to respond or call back. The online agent is no help. Very poor responding time.
