Well..had them for years but Greg Jones had the nerve to tell me they had babied me ! I am 64 years old and dont ask anyone for nothing and pay my way. He told me I didnt owe anything till 30th AFTER I went there to pay my bill. I get paid every 2 weeks so waited till last day to pay within my allotted time but my policy was cancelled. He said it was HIS FAULT. He told his main office it was HIS FAULT. They could not rewrite policy. Yet he babied me..???.I think not!!! I am the customer and pay my Bills so he can pay his. This was very humiliating. I never had a wreck or got a ticket in my life. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
