Most horribles insurance ever. The insurance is not quoted correctly. Cancellation with no warning. Failure to return calls. I am thinking of contacting the state Department of Insurance concerning their nefarious behavior. No stars.
In have been a membership since 1984 it was Chicago motor club back then, I found today that there service has severally dimished. I need a tow at 6:30 am they told me I had to wait until 9 am because contractors they had would not open until then. Ok I received a call at 9:30am and they I formed me that they had no one that could tow it this week. I asked to speak to supervisor and he said that they only contract with company that will take a p.o. number and most wreckers want credit care or pay app. AAA you are far behind and I can no longer refer you service to anyone, go All-State motor club.
The customer service is excellent. I went there last Saturday to get an international license. The African American woman was very cordial and insight about AAA benefits and traveling domestically. I recommend people to become an AAA member and go to this office if you are close by.
I was with them almost a year and at first I had great customer service but not its horrible and they coverage amount it to high and every time I call I get the run around it’s just awful I would not be referring any one
Went in to pick up maps for several states while we were visiting Mississippi from CA. After being assured I was Covid-free, the masked employee quickly confirmed my AAA membership, retrieved all the maps I requested, and pleasantly asked a little about my road trip.
Worked with Sandy in this office to organize a cruise with a group of friends. She was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. She talked to us about what we were looking to do, got a feel for what kind of trip we wanted, and was able to provide us with options that worked with our needs/preferences. Once we made our decision, she was right there with all the answers, was able to book everything for us, and get us a good deal! Could not have been happier with the process and will be calling AAA of Jackson and Sandy for future adventures! (note: although we were not local and had to make arrangements from afar - phone and email - she still took care of us as if she was our neighborhood travel agent)

Always just a phone call away
When I first became a member of Triple A everything was okay. It wasnt until the second month after being a member I started receiving terrible service from agent Reagan Williams. She would not return phone calls or keep me informed on things I needed to discuss about my auto insurance. She would not answer her calls. As a matter of fact, no one in the office would answer. The phone would ring and ring and you would be sent to voicemail. When I was able to visit the office no one seemed too busy to answer calls. I would be the first or second customer in the office and no one was on the phone. What is up with that? I literally had to call the 800 number in order to get something accomplished. When I finally got in touch with someone at Reagans office, I asked to speak to Karen who was the supervisor there. I told her about my concerns, but nothing changed. I contacted the regional office about the service and was told I would be getting a new agent and it would be sent to my email. Never got the email. However, Karen contacted me but I could not speak at that time because I was in the middle of a job. So, when I tried to contact her when I was available, I was told she would be out of the office for about 2 weeks. I wonder why she did not try to contact me again seeing that it is difficult to get in touch with her. Anyways, I have noticed shady things being done to my account. For instance, accepting more than one payment when I was told the system could only process one. If it was showing a payment was made, then it would not accept another one, but somehow it did it today. I also changed banking information online for direct draft because it allowed me to make that change and it would take up to 2 weeks to become effective. It never becomes effective and it always comes out of the wrong account. Not sure whats going on, but Triple A is not the best company to open a policy with. Especially, the one in Ridgeland, MS.
Ive had some of the same issues as others.. no returned phone calls, rates steadily increasing, information sent to agent not being received. Im actively searching for new company to do business with.
Love AAA Missouri. They are always helpful.
