A friend of mine working at this facility says a coworker of hers Jennifer Renderos steals from packages! Im not sure what type of facility they are runnin here but Ive gotten plenty stuff from Amazon lately where the packaging was tampered with so now I know why. They should definitely be more careful who theyre hiring. Its gotten terrible!!

Im a delivery driver out of this location. They do a good job keeping everything organized. Smooth operations.

Where do I start... the Warehouse being clean is the ONLY positive to this place... the staff is LAZY and majority of them are unresponsive when help is needed. The ROUTES .. dont even get me started on the ROUTES .. I have driven/delivered from this location, and tbh MOST routes I have been assigned are SO UNORGANIZED AND OUT OF ORDER.. This location overall needs a whole new identity, I literally DISPISE having to deliver from this place ... and the staff here dont care about the inconvenience they place on others, they think its funny ...

The delivery drivers working for Amazon are a danger to the locals that drive and live in the area. They drive very fast, cut people off, make turns without looking to see if pedestrians or cars are in their way. The city and Amazon need to fix this issue ASAP before someone gets injured or worst killed. This driver cut me off and kept speeding from one light to another.

This is a very busy place because well you know is amazon but overall nice place.

I guess this is the place where Vallejo CA. gets their packages from Amazon. Ive been getting alot of refunds lately. Cause the item was late or your item must be lost. And Ive been talking to customer service alot cause I havent got my stuff that I purchased. Im just not happy right now with Amazon right now. I like being a prime customer, but Amazons stock just down right now for me.

Due to the fact I work there....but awesome place to work, as long as you handle your business correctly.

Came to do a few amazon flex deliveries. It’s a big place and alittle confusing the first few times I went. I wish it would be signs helping direct you.

Deliveries through this facility take twice as long as Amazons commitment--I had a 2 day order which took 5 days because the driver didnt bother to make the trip into my neighborhood, despite escalations with Amazon Logistics. Even worse than UPS (which is pretty poor to begin with!).

I dont like the fact that this company moved into my neighborhood. Their driving is horrific they are going to kill somone speeding through residential neighborhoods like its a freeway. They need better enforcing of their drivers rules and regulations

Not organized at all . Some people are good but most of them rude . Amazon should take action. Routes are unbelievable 35 miles to 100 miles away.

U loading on the inside and not on the outside in this makes it go faster, but the line to get in is super long

I worked there at the end of 20167@ 6015 Giant Hwy, Richmond, CA 94806, but I moved to Atlanta because I had a house but that did not go through, so now Im back in the Bay Area. Is there a way I can get hired back into the warehouse? (19 years in WH)

I work here from 6 am to 10 am Sunday thru Thursday.

First day and all the people were very helpful

This Facility is brand new in the PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK at the corner of Atlas and Giant Hwy, theres a small Amazon signpost in front of the building. If youre coming from 80 and make a right from Atlas onto Giant Hwy the facility will be on your left, if you pass it there is a cul-de-sac at the end of Giant Hwy to turn around.If you keep straight on Atlas Rd across the Giant hwy/Atlas rd intersection, the truck entrance to the facility will be on you right in about 150yds and its the 2nd entrance to the building from Atlas rd.

Staff are very rude, they really need extra tranning for professional services.Lack of Management.

This place has no signs on where the trucks should enter. Quite unprofessional and unorganized. Truck drivers have to run around looking for a check in desk. Today they list their bolt cutter so I lost an extra hour waiting for them to find it.
