My package has been sitting in your distribution center for some time. Received package today with a note of apology for sending in another box. Loose in mail unit..Opened up my package and there are 9 shirts missing. Thank You for sending me the 5 but how would you think I wouldnt notice more than half my order missing.So sad our mail is getting lost.

Most people working here have no clue about work ethics, procedures or work flow. Then there are some really good people knowledgeable in what they are doing. This place really needs workplace communication skills training. Being here many times, different experiences each time. Depends on the person you are dealing with while here.

I am so confused on how I shipped two packages one on Thursday the other on Friday and the package i sent on Friday is on time and the one i sent on Thursday is late. They going to the same person and both packages were sent the same usps office. I asked if priority express would be better than regular priority and I was told that because of covid the package will get there by monday/tuesday regardless. And of course the location manager Pan doesnt respond back to calls like what are you guys doing how are you this careless. Now I see why everyone has been using FEDEX AND UPS with a 5 dollar more increase just go with them everyone because they are getting packages to destinations on time.

Make the city clean up Rydin Rd. Very dangerous for truck traffic and dog park users. Paint the curb red and only allow truck parking.

Been coming to this place for over two years never once have I had a problem very courteous checking in and out I get in by 9:30 PM and out by 9:45 PM.

They guys are really helpful.my truck was broke down in this yard.they guys really very help me. They took my trailer with his truck and unloaded And they wait for me till 12:45am.I really appreciate to all 🙏🏼

Aka: Black hole. My box was completely mangled & someone was nice enough to take all the contents out, but leave the wrapper packaging that was around the products inside & add a note of sorry, we destroyed your package. This distribution center needs to be shut down!!!

This is a funny place, came for delivery, everyone on lunch, eating and drinking around, no one bothers to help,as if Im invisible

Employees are wonderful . like FAMILY when I walk in/drive in. In the mornings..

Temp employees are not informed well. They put bio hazard materials in with reg mail. Poor management. Wasting money and time.

ATTN POST MASTER: So many times my mail goes through this USPS Distribution Center and gets delayed for weeks/months. Now it gets lost! Fix this BLACK HOLE of USPS!

Called numerous times to ask about my package that arrived there, but never shipped and has not been updated for over a week. They just redirected me to call the SF post office or the Daly City post office, both of which do not answer either. One of the numbers they told me to call just goes to someones voicemail, are you kidding me. Im never going to get my package.

They are thieves !!!!!I was waiting for my package that would only take a week to arrive, and it was delayed 2 weeks. When I finally received my packageIt was made up of pieces glued from the original box (the one in which everything was sent) and came tied with white plastic stripsWhen I open my package I see that it is incompleteThey stole half of what was there 😡😡😡😡.
