Took my Gaming Computer in because of Windows Blue Screen of Death Errors giving 6 Different Stop Codes. For my first time going to Aarons PC Support, I can confidently say it was very much worth it. He traced the issue back to one of my memory sticks being completely faulty and I bought the new memory from him and had it installed same day. People Like Aaron dont come around that much, especially with computer repair. He is on time with his services, very fair pricing, very professional and awesome personality. Will go here more often if I have anymore computer related issues.

I had my cooling fan go bad in my out of warranty Lenovo laptop. I was able to get it into Aaron same day and it was fixed two days later. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. The price was very reasonable. This is the only place I will take computer repairs from now on.

Aaron is a very honest and upfront guy. I had a Dell laptop which was not charging despite replacing battery. He took less than an hour to perform a diagnostic and find an issue with mother board. He was honest to tell that replacing mother board will not be worth because it will cost me 400$ and I will still be running it on 4-5 yrs old hardware. He could have made his bucks but he advised me to buy a new Laptop rather than repairing it due to its long term value. I’d highly recommend Aaron.

I brought in my laptop that wasnt charging for repairs and he was able to promptly get back to me and let me know that there was damage to the motherboard and tell me honestly that the cost of repairs wouldnt be worth it considering the age of the computer. Update 4/28/2020different technical issue. I called Aaron and in 5 MINUTES (True time) he fixed my cell phone hotspot issue. I was on hold with VERIZON Wireless for 59 minutes (True Time) and all they did was take a lot of notes and couldnt help me at all. They said they could reset the phone to factory settings and wipe away all my info and pictures… NOT!THANK YOU Aaron!!!__________________________________________________________________Aaron did a great job with my laptop. He went out of his way to make sure my laptop worked correctly. He checked for issues, he took all my calls, he always went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Aaron has taken care of my PC needs over the past few years; however, my recent experience with him has me continuously singing his praise. My laptop had a very nasty virus and was not functional during a very critical time. Aaron was quick to diagnose, repair and get it back up and running well again. I have had work done on my laptop twice through Aarons PC Support over the last 3yrs. His customer service is fantastic! One on one interaction with explanations creates a great service relationship of excellence & trust! Highly qualified: I recently had the laptop assess at 2 locations in San Francisco, CA where I was told they would not even touch the equipment because of what was suspected to be wrong & it would need immediate send out. I had 2 old external hard drives that were not working. I reached out to Aaron and he was able to take a look at the drives the same day and within 48 hours he had the drives fully retrieved and saved on a new external hard drive. I had come to Aaron after another shop had told me that my laptop was not fixable. Well, I dropped the laptop off to him and forty five minutes later he called me to let me know what was wrong with it. 10 out of 10 - EXCELLENT - Was searching for a local computer repair, and based on the other Google Reviews, I called Aarons PC Support. I had an old 2006 e-machine that died, and needed some of the data from that old PC. I dropped it off Thursday evening, and on Saturday afternoon, Aaron was able to Totally fix the e-machine. I was just hoping to get data, but Aaron was able to fix it. Its up and running, and also saved myself from buying new software for other computers.I picked up the e-machine, and dropped of a pesky dell laptop (wifes). Aaron called me 30 minutes later to give me another awesome evaluation. I have have the Laptop back in a few days, good as new!!Best of all, beyond the service and professionalism, was the price. Extremely affordable. I expected to pay almost double or triple.Aaron is a great guy, easy to talk to, and understands what true customer service really means. His PC fixing is obvious, but his customer service and pricing seals the deal. I will recommend him to everyone who ever asks me to Fix their computer for them..Nope you need to see Aaron. Fantastic data recovery and just all around amazing service! My computer of 5 years died (ironically enough) right as I was moving its files to my new computer and I was unable to transfer my photos in time. I freaked out and took my compute to Geek Squad who kept my computer for a week and charged me 40$ just to tell me they couldnt recover my data. I freaked out even more and, after seeing the fantastic reviews online, took my hard drive to Aarons PC Support. Not only did he look at my hard drive right away (and for free!) while I was still in the shop, he was able to recover everything in a matter of days for a very reasonable price. Never again will I not have extra back-ups of my files, but if I ever have computer problems in the future I will take them to Aaron first.

Aaron provides excellent, fast, and reasonably priced PC repair. Hes my go to person when I cant solve a problem myself. In the last year, Aarons saved a family laptop from a really bad virus/malware infection, recovered cherished family photos from a failing external hard drive, and helped me solve a strange crashing PC problem. He knows what hes doing, the turnaround time is fast, and his prices are totally reasonable. I highly recommend him!

Have used Aaron most recently to fix wifes laptop. I was out of town so wife tried getting problem fixed with the HP people on the other side of the world and that was a complete joke. Aaron fixed it remotely in a short amount of time. My desk top will be going in shortly for some upgrades and my wife now understands to call Aaron next time.

Ill start by saying that I have never done any sort of online review, including one for Google. However, Aaron did such an excellent job and so I felt compelled to spread the word. He was able to recover close to 1 TB of pictures, video and audio from an external hard drive. Among the items on the drive were pictures and video of my 2 year old daughter that I didnt have elsewhere. (Boy, I learned my lesson!)What separates Aaron is his honesty and transparency. He does not charge by the hour and does not charge a diagnostic fee. The other thing that separates him is he charges you by what hes trying to recover (in my case, data) and not by the operations needed to recover it.This guy is the real deal-he works out of his house and is a one man business. I cant say enough good things about him! Go see him if you have computer needs!

My external hard drive failed on me and I didnt know where to turn to, but I read the online reviews and that I could get a consultation without paying anything. So I made an appointment and Aaron was very professional and had a calm demeanor when discussing the severity of my external hard drive. He suggested the company, Gillware, to me, because they do a no data, no charge policy. I definitely recommend Aarons PC Support as I dont know if I would have been able to get my data back as easily without his help.

I found Aarons PC Support searching on Google when it showed up as the closest hit geographically near me in my search. I was very pleased with Aarons work. I had installed an NVME SSD in a new Dell desktop, but the way Dell configures the factory hard drive using a RAID controller had me stumped on the best way to configure the SSD. Aaron did the configuration in one business day for a very reasonable charge. He has quite a bit of parts inventory on hand if you need some hardware for your project. I recommend him heartily.

TLDR at bottom:Windows updates have always given me fits, so when the latest updates crashed my pc I went online and tried everything I could think of, and finally ended up trying a complete reinstall...all seemed well, then windows started crashing again with memory faults. I was tapped, having tried all the online remedies I could find. Finally threw up my hands and decided to get the professionals involved lest I do permanent damage by getting REALLY creative. I flipped Aaron an email with the details of my issue and the list of remedies I had tried. He stated it sounded suspiciously like a hardware issue. THAT made me nervous...A hardware fix can get costly. I set up a visit and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We tried booting up my pc so I could show him directly the issues I was having. He said he would be happy to dig into it, and let me know what he found. If it was a software issue, it could be resolved in as little as a few hours, however a hardware issue could take longer. I heard back a couple days later from him that it was a hardware issue, but NOT a costly one! No new purchases required, just cleaning the connections on my memory sticks. Windows was successfully reinstalled, and the memory faults...a memory. All is well, and I am extremely satisfied with the solution.TLDR: Windows kept crashing on me. Took my PC to Aaron who discovered my repeated memory faults were not due to the Windows update, but tarnished memory sticks. He cleaned them up, reinstalled Windows, and sent me on my way...Thanks Aaron!

I brought my HP laptop to Aaron because it wouldnt even power on...I thought that it had something to do with the new battery I had just bought for it a few days prior. I was thinking I might need a new computer or at least an expensive repair. Turns out it was just a minor problem common to HP laptops that Aaron fixed in about 2.5 seconds, and didnt even charge me for. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone with a PC problem.
