I have had alterations done here over the years...I had planned on a 5 star review based on my last couple of interactions here, about 2 years ago.Today (Saturday), I come in to drop off a uniform for alterations on the sleeves and pants length.I walk in and there are literally hundreds of pounds of clothes piled up on the floor and on counter tops...piles...I genuinely hope these are not from customers...I would hate to see my clothes in those piles.I could not be measured for alterations as the woman at the counter told me the person that does that, now doesnt work weekends...never had run into that in prior visits, so, this was disappointing! I would have to drive back on Monday...you know, when I would be working...The language barrier was a bit of an issue, but since I have been here before, I knew about it, but today it seemed a bit more difficult.Anyway, because I was on a little bit of a time crunch, I sought out another place and ended up over on Broad Street at a place that does my wifes dresses. Top Notch, super professional and very clean and upbeat. English is also her second language, but she puts forth alot of effort to get done what you need...when you need it..that place on Broad, near Play It Again Sports...is Fashion Design, they will get 5 stars.I just feel like Princess Cleaners, no longer cares...

I like them but theyre not clean .Clothes laying in piles everywhere sometimes a terrible odor when you walk in like old smelly socks or farts.... reasonable prices, good cleaning job..

Inexpensive and they do a great job. Clothes are always done on time or early and they look great!

If you lose something there they will tell you it isnt there; show little concern to look for it; and wont show any apologies. The day you appear, make a search be done again and when its finally found, they still not remorseful that you were inconvenienced greatly.They were my cleaners of choice. Would not go back.

Its okay. Cold customer service, but I think thats more of a culture thing. Ill change this if it improves.
