Our family highly recommends Captain Kyle & Moonlite Barbershop! This was my 1st time bringing our son and it was a great experience. Kyle really takes pride in his work & it shows. Our visit was quick but not at all rushed. The shop is clean, tastefully decorated, conveniently located, and has its own parking lot. By far the cleanest shop I have been to in 30 years. Very skilled, relaxed atmosphere and customer focused. You walk away feeling better than you walked in and you have a great haircut!!

First off, phone etiquette. I called 2 other places in Richmond and literally ashamed for the rudeness I experienced.I called a few weeks ago to book an appointment at Moon Lite for my husband, the lady that answered the phone was super nice and eventhough she could not fit us in she explained how their business worked and adjusting with Covid and Reopening hopefully we would try again.My husband booked an appointment online this morning and upon arrival both Barbers greeted him super friendly.The shop itself is laid back with a retro decor and vibe. My husband has never said so many Great things about a Haircut until today!! His haircut is perfect and every step was explained to him! I had to leave a review!
