I was traveling from North Carolina to Harrisburg PA when my trusty F-150 broke down. I basically coasted into Turner’s where Wade immediately hooked my truck up to his OBD computer. He quickly relayed his findings to Austin (one of his mechanics). It was around mid afternoon when I arrived. Austin and another mechanic worked on my truck to diagnose the issue until well after 5:00 pm (closing).I will never forget the generosity, knowledge, and effort in getting me going again. I had taken my 2005 Nissian Titan in to replace the bumper a few weeks ago. Id orderedseveral after market parts and just needed the bumper . Id specified that i would need a black bumper. After it took over a week for them to get A bumper it was the wrong color. I was quoted $1400 over the phone which was to include all the brackets bumper labor etc. So when I finally got the call that my truck was ready I arrived to a bill of $2200. I was flabbergasted and very upset to see that none of the work had been done to standard. The bumper they put on was used,,covered in tackey tape . The filler parts werent the color of my truck and the parts were misaligned. Its like they didnt care about the quality of their work at all. I told the guy there was no way this price was correct and refused to pay and thats when richmond city police were called.Tbe officer took one look at my truck and sided with me immediately. I paid the 1400 but after getting home and noticing the amount of zip ties used and corners cut I had to warn anyone checking their reviews to avoid this shop at all costs

Traveling from New York on what was to be my non-stop return trip home to Florida, a straight from Hollywood nightmare occurred when my transmission blew on I-95 in the midst of a national emergency! I managed to make it (barely and blindly) off the highway and into the lot of Turners Auto Service. At that point, all I could imagine is that I am in a most compromised position and about to be taken to the cleaners in a random foreign town! Talk about a logistic catch-22? Well, sparing this space and your time of all the particular details, suffice it to say that my transmission blew at that moment, I was directed, and allowed to find Jonathan Turner and his amazing people for Good reason. Jonathan and his employees made it their mission to make sure that my every need was taken care of and literally served me as if their own brother was down and out. Indeed I was. They did everything they could do to ensure the physical and financial safety of my family--only giving and expecting nothing for what they did Above and beyond honest agreeable service. Fantastic service. Very accurate estimates, and the owner calls customers directly to make sure they are happy with their service. I highly recommend this shop. I needed tires for my vehicle and even thought the owner could not accommodate me then and there, he made sure to point me in the right direction. I highly recommend this place

Had two O2 sensors and a CKPS sensor replaced there. They charged me half the labor time that any other auto shop in Richmond quoted me (I got quotes from at least 10 of them)! Very honest business, efficient and great service. Austin (the mechanic) knows his job very well + he is a cool guy. Will recommend to my friends.

Excellent service, 10/10 would recommend. Its difficult finding a reputable auto shop but I am very satisfied with the service I received from Turners. I would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.
