Multiple times called them to help tow, and multiple times blantantly ignored. I called three times in one night to get help with a car and they promised to send someone out and never did. On multiple occasions called for assistance and was told they would send someone and did not. On one occasion the woman cut me off said okay and got off the phone. If you arent going to do your job, then just close down.

Very nice. Listened to our concerns and did their best to put us at ease. Came fast and very professional.

Customer service was just plainly disrespectful and was told they would come tow me i waited all night and they never showed.

My car was mess up. They knocked off my front finder. They acted like it was how they found it. Falsifying a police report . i am getting an attorney. My account people are getting involved as well.

Im sure they are a wonderful bizness unless they tow ur car bc u ran outta gas, had to walk to store for gas and walk bck to find ur ride is not there. The fees are seriously crazy!

I came here and had my vehicle worked on and they were throwing away furniture that had bed bugs on them as other reviews here have said, but I still had my vehicle worked on. I asked Greg (who is not the owner but who pretends to be) if their mechanics were certified and he laughed and said Why would that matter. Needless to say when I paid my bill this horrid looking old lady who dressed like she was 12 takes my money and puts it in her pocket, then writes out a receipt on a piece of paper, no joke. I would stay far away from this place.

Very unprofessional owner Greg to tell someone that a child that was involved in a wreck that he was a rookie driver and speeding when he wasnt even there to know what happened till the last 10 minutes and thats not at all what the state trooper said. Then to lie about a parent be rude and disrespectful when that wasnt even the case. Then the other tow truck driver about flipped the truck once they got it out of the ditch and almost hit a car. Very disappointing for a grown man to lie. Would never recommend them to anyone ever again or use them to tow anything.

These guys are great. If the sign says No Parking, then that is what it means. No parking for even a second. If you do you will get towed .Very reliable company.
