I dont know if everyone makes you present a paper copy of your insurance for vehicle inspections here in Texas but its a heck of a lot less convenient than presenting a pdf, or allowing you to email the file to them. Get with the 21st century and install a computer capable of receiving email if you want a record of my insurance card. If its good enough when I get pulled over, it should be good enough for an oil change station.

I was twelve hours from home helping my elderly father get to the hospital to see his wife. I needed to leave for home the next day. My car seemed to be leaking excessive amounts of oil so it was a desperate situation. The store manager, Samuel Duncan, could not have been more helpful. He helped me get my father inside the store, got my car into a bay and within 10 minutes had a mechanic help diagnose that it had been overfilled with oil by a mechanic back home. They fixed the problem making it safe to drive home the next day. He did not charge me for this service. When they finished, he brought the car back to the door so that my elderly father wouldnt have to walk anywhere. It was a busy Saturday close to closing and he was willing to take time to help me out.

They gained a long term customer in me. Luis, the manager is a professional top to bottom. He was courteous, helpful, answered all questions and went above and beyond to help me out. Kwik Kar is lucky to have a manager of his caliber. As long as hes there they will have my business. Top notch service. -RLB

Fast and friendly service Terry and Luis run a very honest and professional crew. They do not try to pressure sale. They tell me what I need and what can wait, they are very knowledgeable from the smallest of problems to major issues that may arise always willing to help out in any way that they can!! I had a lot of work done by Shaun the mechanic, but dam, his work sucks, I PAID HIM FOR AN OIL PLATE REPLACEMENT, AND WHEN I LEFT, THE CAR LEAKED OIL EVERYWHERE. I CALLED THEM BACK, THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I ALWAYS TREATED HIM LIKE FAMILY, BUT HIS WORK HAS GOTTEN WORSE, HE COMPLAINED THAT HE DIDNT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF THE PARTS. BS! ILL NEVER USE QUICK CAR AGAIN. I GUESS THE NAME SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, THE WORK IS DONE FAST AND SLOPPY. I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE IT FIXED AGAIN. THIS COSTED ME MORE MONEY. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT DOING QUALITY WORK FOR THE CUSTOMERS

Wife went in for an inspection on 3/10/2016 in the morning when they opened and was convinced to get a transmission fluid change after they showed her some black substance and told her that was her transmission fluid. Transmission fluid and filter had just been changed about a month prior. They also sold her a cabin air filter which needed to be changed. I was annoyed but going to blow the whole thing off until I noticed her car is now leaving a puddle of transmission fluid everywhere. I typically take care of all the maintenance or take it to a trusted repair shop for anything I cant get to, but they scared my wife into getting a service done that she did not need and then they did not do it right. Double checking the work that goes into the vehicles you work on is something that should never be skipped over and is dangerous and potentially expensive. Be aware and beware.

When you get ur vehicle inspection at THIS location becarful cause they have an incompetent Inspection tech, who does not know how to type in the report an accurate year model, so the Texas DMV will reject the inspection and Kwik Kar will not correct the inspection report until they Inspect the vehicle again, meaning you will have to take another day off because the Tech is incompetent!!!!! Check ALL reports before you drive off, or go to a Competent Inspection Station!!!!!! Not Kwik Kar on FM 359!!!!!

Update to the ignorant response***Obviously it was an error and thats what your response was to wrather why no one was at your counter. Did you not comprehend that part. Instead of trying to get smart with customers you should assume responsibility for your errors.___________________________________________Should always have some one at the front desk. Walked in to no one at the counter. Waited for several mins and nothing.

Had my oil changed today the service guy was very nice quick service. He showed me I needed a air filter I told him no thanks I would buy at a auto store. He put no pressure on me. He also I would need breaks soon.

Best oil change service I had ever had they were prompt politely very nice and friendly, checked everything lubed the door and hood hinges and all the fittings checked even the differencal ( the rear end grease) even offered a fragrance for the inside of my car now that was service

Always a great experience from all the guys at the shop. From oil change to inspection to major service work.

Left the oil cap off the engine of my car, causing it to smoke and there is a good chance they could have caused an engine fire, also tried to sell me engine and transmission flushes that Honda specifically says not to perform on their vehicles due to high possibility of damage, stay away.

I told the tech to put in the same oil as last time. Instead he put in the expensive synthetic oil. He also tore up the plastic housing to the oil filter, causing it to have to be chiseled off and replaced! Im somewhere else now!

As a woman, it feels good going into a shop having options opposed to being scared into buying parts and services I dont need.

Mr Terry is always willing to go above and beyond to help. I will be a lifetime customer.
