This was easily the best garage in Richmond. Sadly I found out today the property was sold out from under the business, which explains the disconnected number.Sherman and Dana ran a great business and i hope they are able to reopen at a new location soon.

Not open on WEEKENDS. Had car ALL DAY. OIL CHANGE, car looked at before a big trip. BARELY DRIVABLE after. AND a tire they fixed is losing air. Went to our regular place, fixed everything (and told us about a part going bad) for the SAME EXACT PRICE. BUYER BEWARE, AVOID if you can.

Dare I say it, an honest mechanic. Its the only place I take my vehicles.

Ive been taking my truck to Greendale for about 5 years now. They know me by name and Dana always goes out of her way to find a good deal on parts for me. I always feel I can trust them. They can be a bit tough to get on the phone because of how busy they can be, but repairs usually are completed the first day if you drop your vehicle off overnight. The location can be a little tough to get in and out off, and the office/parking lot are a bit rough looking, but it is a mechanics office, not an art museum. Ive recommended them to several friends, and everyone thanks me for it afterwards.

This is outrageous dont ever go here. Ive been calling for days to try and get ahold of somebody about getting work done on my jeep and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE GOD DAMN PHONE! worst possible customer service I have ever dealt with

Greendale is the most honest and reasonable service you are going to find on the West End. I love them and have been using them for years! Dana always takes care of me and they really shop around for the best and lowest prices for your parts.

Held my car for a week for an annual inspection and did not call to let me know what was going on. Usually amazing service. I’m unsure of what caused this bad experience.

Iv got an old infiniti that costs loads to fix at most repair shops. Since the mechanic specializes in imports, he charges by his actual repair time not book time, does a great job and prices are always more than fair. My sister and her husband got me hooked on this pace (they drive nissan) thanks Dana for always taking care of my car!
