Kathy and her team have been excellent to work with over the last several years. They worked directly with me to tailor my policies to exactly what I wanted and provided prompt and detailed information proactively and upon request when I had questions.

If I could put zero stars I would. I attempted to speak with Ms. Catlett to purchase car insurance. She emailed me a quote and when I called her back several days later she had no record of what she sent me. She even stated the quote had changed. When I said to her that quotes are supposed to last 30 days she agreed. The past two days I have attempted to finalize getting my vehicles insured and still no response. Oh did I mention the quote she gave me expires in two days? I will never purchase insurance with All State insurance.
