I have had insurance with State Farm for years and they have always been nice and professional. I have never had an accident a ticket nor made a claim. I have always made payments on time. For my house and two vehicles. I recently sold a vehicle after paying second car up for 6 months like I always do. I was billed for almost immediately for increase. I called and questioned this. I did not receive what I felt was an appropriate response. Fast forward 3 hrs later and I get a personal call from Jerry. He wanted to make sure my concerns were answered. This is the professional customer oriented Company I want to do business with. Thank you!!

We had some technical issues arise, that didnt sit well with my husband or myself, however, after finally reaching the owner Jerry Goble, those issues have now been resolved. Just make sure that if you pay through auto pay that they cancel that too, if you decide to switch insurance agencies.
