Recently moved to Virginia and had to transfer coverage. They have been very helpful and informative during the process and made it hassle free.

Definitely not the most client friendly insurance company. Was hit by a RV called for advice was asked if it was my fault (no) the next question... why are you calling us?Today called to have limits of my renters insurance faxed to me. The woman (Paige) that answered the phone had no people skills and barked that it would be done by the end of the day. Not much client appreciation going on.
