16 year client and no claims. Wind storm destroyed my roof, Mr. Choi offer no help told me to file a claim online. When Allstate refused to cover obvious damage, I reached out to Mr Choi 4 different times begging for help. He called back said I made some calls lets see how it plays out. three weeks later and the only additional correspondence I have gotten is a bill for my next payment. Your business in not appreciated here.
