I rented speakers and a mixer for my wedding from Aviva and could not have been more pleased. Their rates were very competitive and the staff was friendly to work with. Their equipment was top notch and easy to set up. You wont find a better equipment rental business in Richmond. 10/10
We hired Aviva for sound equipment rental and set-up for our self-DJ wedding in October 2019. They were professional, responsive, and everything was set-up perfectly the day-of! We had no issues with the sound throughout the entire event. Aviva was great because we had the option to have a technician only set-up and take down equipment and didnt have to pay to have someone man the laptop and equipment. We handled that ourselves and that saved us some money. Working with them was flawless!
Cant say enough about the quality service and products that I received from Aviva. My sister asked me to DJ her wedding even though I havent DJed in over 15 years. I had no equipment of my own except for a DJ controller and a computer. I called Aviva and told them my situation and they set me up with everything that I needed to give a stellar wedding DJ experience. At first I wasnt sure what kind of equipment I would receive, but I was delighted to find out that it was all top of the line products like JBL and Shure. They even asked me about my DJ controller and made sure I had the right RCA to quarter inch cables to plug into their mixer. The wireless mics, speakers, subwoofer, mixer, and cables all worked flawlessly and I couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable but high quality audio equipment. I even called the day of the wedding, on a Sunday, and someone picked up the phone and I was able to make sure that I had it connected properly. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I wish I could get this service from every company I work with. Well done!
Aviva had done some work with my company before, so they were recommended for me to call when I was tasked with securing audio and video for a large corporate event. Jeremiah and his team were a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the event. Their prices were reasonable and they were quick and flexible with set up and strike down of their equipment. Our event went off without a hitch and I credit that in part to Avivas service. Definitely will call them again for our next event!
I recently worked with Aviva Rental Systems for a corporate event I was planning and I cannot stress how much they helped make our event a success! When our original plans for A/V fell through, I was able to contact Aviva within 3 weeks of our event and get a quote right away. I reached out to other companies for quotes of course, but theirs was the most reasonable and they were able to set up at our relatively remote venue (a winery in Northern Virginia - even though they are based in Richmond, they service locations practically all over the state). I worked with John and Carol to get a quote on what items we needed, and they were prompt and thorough in all their communications. They patiently answered all my questions as I checked in with them in the weeks leading up to the event, and their attention to detail in the planning process was very reassuring. The two onsite technicians (Aaron and Zach) were also fantastic, and they even stayed overnight in the town closest to our venue so they would be sure to arrive at our agreed upon set-up time (6:30am) for our early meeting. The day of the event I was pleasantly surprised to see that when I arrived at 6:15am, they were already there and had our projection screen already set up! Both Zach and Aaron worked to get the acoustics just right for our speakers and microphones, and since we opted to handle the A/V equipment during our meeting ourselves, they showed us how everything worked and headed back to town until it was time to pick everything up. This saved us a considerably amount of money (our event was relatively small), but Im certain they would have provided excellent onsite assistance if we needed them to stay. At pick up, they promptly dismantled everything and were on their way. I was very pleased with my whole experience with Aviva Rental Systems, and received many compliments on the execution of our meeting. I would definitely recommend them for the A/V rental needs and tech services of any event!

I like the friendly knowledgeable staff. They always take the time to remember the little details, and are quite helpful with loading and unloading items. I work for a different audio-visual company, and often sub rent AV gear from Aviva.
