I’ve helped produce 2 streamed events, primarily as the video editor. AVP was helpful in the planning stages and the resulting broadcast went flawlessly (they added a chat app and some other elements). The 2nd event alternated between pre-recorded segments (that I created) and live portions (in their studio). The transitions back and forth were smooth and they even incorporated some of the video’s graphic elements in the live segments. Helpful, responsive, professional and on the ball!

AVP provided an amazing service for Democratic Party of Virginia’s Blue Commonwealth Gala. They were able to manage audio visual services for an enormous venue and over 1,400 attendees without any glitches. Even with such a daunting task, they came through with great sound quality throughout the event. People in the middle of the space could hear just as well as the people on the outskirts. AVP handled so many moving parts for us. Along with sound management for several speeches, they played the walk-up songs for all of the people speaking and provided video feeds for the audience. They controlled five screens with different feeds to each screen so that every one of the attendees was able to see the speakers from different vantage points.AVP was extremely accommodating to all of our requests and were very professional in dealing with venue specifications. They were able to quickly and painlessly set up all the equipment and get the system running in time for the event. They took care to organize the audio-visual in a smart and unobtrusive manner.

Advance Visual Productions team were extremely professional and hard working. Everyone showed up on time and did a fantastic job setting up AV needs for our 400-person conference. Everything went smoothly over the two days and, when an issue arose, their technician was attentive and effectively fixed the issue. We hope to work with this group again!

I have performed my show across the country for over 17 years and deal with 50+ sound engineers a year, including some for multi-million dollar events. I can tell you that the guy I worked directly with the past weekend (Jack), is in the top 1% of the 800+ sound engineers I have worked with over my career. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but very easy to work with and was constantly going the extra mile just to ensure that everything was setup properly and that he had a backup plan if there was a technical issue. No question, these guys have to be among the best!
