Friendly, professional, knowledgeable I cannot say enough good things about this company! The sound system they put in the backyard is amazing.

We had a very complicated audio visual system that had been patched together over the years. Our cabinet was an overcrowded mess of cords, equipment and power strips. When something wasn’t working right, we had no idea what to do and the guys who originally installed it went MIA. We were lucky to find Sound and Image Design! We asked them to help us simplify our system and possibly cut the cord with cable to save on our monthly bill for TV. They installed a beautiful Control4 system and freed up one entire side of our cabinet. I wish I had ‘before’ pictures. The ‘after’ is below. We did cut the cord and Drake was very helpful in navigating the streaming world and getting us set up with new Roku devices throughout the house. Our monthly bill is now $150 less than before and we actually have more viewing options. Tim was incredibly responsive to us from the very beginning and the whole process went very smoothly. The level of expertise, communication and service are top notch. I feel confident this is the beginning of a long term relationship with an outstanding company. We will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to all!

Working with Graham Hickerson, we developed a plan for increasing the WiFi signal in my home. Drake was the technician who installed the eero Pro system and he was personable and efficient in completing the task. Im pleased to say the WiFi mesh technology has worked beautifully and I no longer freeze up during work video calls.

Had an excellent experience with Tim and his crew who were very professional, personable and remarkably attentive to detail (ex. No extraneous cables showing and bundles perfectly behind entertainment center). Very pleased with the drywall work done and the post-installation cleanup was superb like they weren’t ever here...plan to use them again for an upstairs area in the future.Recommend them very highly—they provided white glove service all around!!! 😊😊😊

This company determined how a house sound system works that my Father personally created and installed in 1968. Tim, Brian, and Drake worked tirelessly until the entire system came back to life. It was amazing to watch. I highly recommend them and I will contact them in the future.
