Patrick from LiveWire has installed an unbelievable amount of technology in my Smart Home. Theyve incorporated cutting-edge Audio/Video capabilities in this house than even I had envisioned.

The 2 guys showed up to mount a TV on the patio with sound bar. Super professional and nice. Super good dudes. The mounted the TV perfectly and cleaned up any mess as well as vacuumed. They did not leave until everything was perfect and until I was happy.I will use them again. You should too.

The technician, Matt Szymanski, showed up on time. He was very courteous and cleaned up the worksite when he was finished. What I like most was when he was adjusting the angle of the security camera, he asked me and let me make the final decision on where to set the view.

I contacted Livewire based on online reviews and after a competitor failed to return my calls. I had ceiling speakers installed in my great room and speaker wires run to a closet where a Sonos Amp was installed. Brad was very helpful talking through various options and we video chatted to go over install locations. He spent quite a bit of time with me on multiple calls to thoroughly discuss the project.The installation crew called about 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know they were on the way, which was much appreciated. They arrived on time and were very careful not to cut any holes until they knew exactly where they were going to install the equipment. They took a good bit of time to make sure they knew exactly what would work, which was very much appreciated. They minimized the number of holes needed to complete the install and no one will know where holes were made unless I tell them where to look. They did a great job and Im very pleased with the finished product.

Patrick & Justin did a great job, installing a new TV, sonos sound system, 2 apple TV boxes and 3 new boxes from Verizon. What should have been an easy install, turned into an almost all day event because Verizon dropped the ball and never registered the new boxes. I was finally able to get the right person at Verizon technical service that evening and resolve the box issue.But, Patrick & Justin did a great job and stayed beyond a normal time to try and resolve the issue, caused by Verizon. They were professional and patient, its always easy when everything goes well, its difficult times that shows real character. After years of battling with our Internet provider, we turned to Livewire to see if they could do what our Internet provider could not...get WiFi throughout the house. From our very first contact with the company and throughout the installation, everything was easy, professional, and perfect. Another good visit from LiveWire. One of my components needed to be replaced. They checked and confirmed it was under the manufacturer’s warranty and replaced the component in no time. They also created a workaround so I could continue to use my system until the replacement arrived. Excellent work!

The on site techs are very knowledgeable and always courteous. Matt does his best to schedule in home visits, but it often takes far too long to get the tech out there. That becomes a problem often leaving us without working equipment, particularly TV. Again, its a frustrating issue for livewire as well, but it seems to be a shortage of technicians.

I have been with LiveWire for 5 years and have really appreciated the quality products they provide, but more importantly the professionalism of their technicians. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient -wearing a mask during covid and cleaning up nicely after finishing the work.

I just had a Sonos system installed in my house- it sounds amazing!! Livewire was great to work with- even during a pandemic- we did most of the planning by telephone and the installation was smooth and everything was explained in detail. Being stuck at home just got a whole lot better.

All I can say is another quality installation by Livewire. Todays installation was for my home office. Brad did a great job recommending the right hardware, and the installation team was friendly, knowledgeable and neat. I couldnt be more pleased. Great company. My old subwoofer had stopped working. I reached out to LiveWire (after talking on a few forums and some friends in the biz). I asked LiveWire what they though about a replacement subwoofer I was thinking about., Their response mirrored what Id been told, so I could tell they were honest.I figured buying from a local retailer was a better idea than just online as the price was the same. It is nice to have near support. Well, I placed my order, I nearly immediately got confirmation. Then soon I was told the item was shipped from the warehouse and given the tracking number to follow it to LiveWire.I saw it got delivered and within a half hour, LiveWire contacted me to confirm it was there. Stellar level of communication. I had told them Id not be able to pick it up until Saturday. I was told they would be closed but to call Brad at home and hed swing buy and open up for me. Wow! Real customer service. I was able to swing by on Friday and get it so that white glove was not needed.From my interactions, I would not hesitate to call on them again and I am comfortable in recommending them 100%

Livewire has provided excellent AV service to us for years. We live in Williamsburg Virginia and will continue to use Livewire (based out of Richmond) because they know and understand our complicated multi technology system. Livewire has documented and keep updates to our AV baseline — and they insure that “professional techs” are sent to our residence that are familiar with our system. We have never been disappointed with their service.

Livewire assumed maintenance of my home theater which was installed by another vendor that went bankrupt. The Livewire person was very knowledgeable about my system and was able to upgrade the software and replace an outdated and defective controller. Very quick and very good result. Only complaint is that scheduling with Livewire results in long scheduling lead times due to busyness of the business at this time.

They coordinated everything with me ahead of time and arrived exactly at their scheduled time and were totally prepared with COVID-19 measures (masks, wipes, ways to maintain distance, etc.). I had LiveWire perform an electronics install in an existing home for me. Dolby surround setup with a bunch of speaker mounts including in ceiling and setting up the equipment in an existing cabinet. They did a nice job fishing the wires and setting up the equipment. My salesman Brad was really excellent and professional. He was able to determine what I wanted, he made good recommendations and was responsive and helpful. I would use these guys again and I recommend their services.
