We recently had one of our windows upgraded to a sliding glass door along with replacing the man-door leading to the garage. Our experience from the time we contacted Perfection Glass at their Richland showroom until the project was completed was very easy. The employees from the office to the installers were nice, knowledgeable and professional. We would like to especially thank installers Jon A. and James Y. for keeping us in the loop during the installation. They ensured everything was picked up, clean and completed to our satisfaction. Everyone, including the electrician and sheet rock installer, worked to make sure our project was the way we envisioned it.

Made the appointment through my insurance company state farm. They were out to my house within 48 hours. They were polite and respectful of my property. They replaced my entire windshield in 20 minutes. Gave me a quick brief, took my deductible electronically, asked if i had questions and were on there way after completing a quality job. Super efficient without sacrificing friendliness. Thanks guys.

I hired these guys to do a window replacement on my residence in September 2020. The installers put a hairline crack in the corner of the front window and broke a tile on a bathroom windowsill. They said theyd be back in two weeks to replace the damage. They came back to fix the windowsill, the window was not touched. They continued to bill me so when I addressed the situation they said I didnt have to pay anything else until the job was finished. In January I was emailed telling me I had to, per a contract I never saw, pay the balance down to 10%. As of today the front window is still cracked and their compromise was I pay for all the windows other than the cracked one. I wouldnt recommend this company which is disappointing considering they were highly recommended.

Weve used them over the years at our eye clinic, requesting specialty cuts on glass to fit wall cut outs to protect dry wall shelves, to cover dispensing tables, to cut specific mirror shapes and sizes, and more. They are excellent to communicate with and their work is always exactly what we were hoping for. I will continue using them for years to come.

We just had a new patio door & kitchen windows installed yesterday. The sales person came to our home to measure and helped us pick out the appropriate window style for the kitchen, and he suggested a blind between the glass on our patio door. We love the windows, and the door is beautiful. It’s so nice not hearing the cat play with the mini blinds anymore 😄 The scheduler kept us informed throughout the process, and the installers arrived on time, worked efficiently to finish the job in less than 4 hours, and they were knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely call Perfection Glass when we’re ready to do the rest of the windows in our 1994-built house!

I had an order for cut glass for some flag display boxes. The job was amazing and the customer service was great. Would recommend them without a second thought.

I worked with Tim, who was great. The windows are very nice and I am happy with them. We ordered a large quantity of windows for a new house being built, in more than one order, but Perfection Glass ordered one wrong window. When asked to bring the right window they couldnt seem to understand and ordered the wrong one. It took about two months to get the right window in.It seems that Perfection Glass sent my bill to the wrong person. I was given the invoice about 5 days before the last correct window was installed. The day of installation I went by their store to make a payment but found it closed for lunch. I called in early afternoon to make a payment on my bill and arranged to make large payments to pay off the bill quickly. About 1/2 hour later Robert from Perfection Glass called me and told me that he was going to put a lien on my house!! When I went to talk to him (bringing with me the majority of the balance) he told me that he had started the process of sending me to collections. I was amazed, since the work had just finished--and I dont customarily pay for something before it is finished correctly. About a week later I received a letter in the mail stating that he was starting the process of putting a lien on my house!! When I went to talk to Robert again he said that I probably hadnt gotten a bill because they didnt have my address....but I pointed out that they didnt seem to have a problem sending a letter threatening a lien to my address.I was happy with all of the people at Perfection Glass except for Robert. I am not a person to be impatient with being slow to get the right window, but I simply am not used to a person getting so aggressive as Robert. I know that they have to pay their staff and overhead, but I think starting the collections and lien process on the day that the work was completed correctly is out of turn. I do not plan to do business again with this company, and would want to warn others of the way Robert treats their customers.

Ordered a replacement screen about 2 months ago, they said it was about 2-3 weeks out. I’ve called about 4 different times and I keep getting the run around that the screen isn’t in yet but that they would call. Last time I called the screen was supposed to be on a truck and I would get a call once the screen was physically checked in. Still no call and it’s been about 2-3 weeks. At this point they can keep the screen and I’ll be taking my business else where. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Ordered replacement glass for two large windows over a month ago plus paid half of quote up front and windows still havent been installed. First time they showed up they had the wrong size glass and when we told them that we just wanted to cancel order they said they would put in rush order to get in the right ones. That was two weeks ago and they showed up and installed just one of the two for some reason with no communication on when they will get the second installed.

Perfection glass is the worse company that I have ever done business with. I have working in customer service for a long time and this company fails on all levels. They are only concerned about the money they are making not the costumer. We ordered windows from them for our entire house. We told them from the beginning that we would be installing them ourselves and asked them to give us the windows fully framed so they were easy to install. The sales person Tim insured us that is what we were going to be getting but still tried to push the install on us even though we had refused several times. We ordered the windows, which they never had us sign for or checked with us to make sure that we wanted what they ordered. When the windows came they were conveniently the wrong windows that we would need help to install. We told them that they were wrong and they told us that we were wrong and that we had never had that conversation with Tim, basically calling us liars. They refused to take the windows back because they were custom and basically left us high and dry. I went and talked to Robert, I was told he was the manager, and he said that he would send someone out the next day to basically show us how wrong we were, and that we had gotten what we ordered. I said fine and the next day they called and told me they werent coming because they had a holiday party to attend. At this point I was so much more then done with them. He again told me that they would call on Monday to set up a time to come show us the windows. Monday came and no phone call. They didnt call until a week later, by this time we had already called another company who stepped up to help us. The staff at perfection glass needs to take classes in costumer service. Twice they made promises to us that they never fulfilled. I will never recommend them and I will never use them for any of our other properties.

Do not go here they have poor customer service, they had med pay for my glass and told me they would have it ready in a couple hours, then a couple hours later they never call and have me wait for a couple days. Hate when businesses lie to your face, first and last time i go here...

We had the front door with sidelights and a large 6-pane atrium window replaced a few years ago. The front door installation resulted in nails poking out of the wall around it. They also did not paint it with a hard-finish paint, looked like just primer was left on it. The sidelights are not sealed, dust comes thru them and water if the wind is blowing rain against the door. The atrium window seal was broken within a couple of years, when Perfection Glass showed up to look at it they said the window wasnt under warranty anymore because Milgard went out of business (not true!) and it was going to cost us a few thousand dollars to fix. We went with someone else. This is the second business in the Tri-Cities that has lied directly to our faces since we moved here, apparently you have to know the right people to have something done correctly in this town.

Got a sliding glass door from here and had their installer do the install. Friendly staff, and install met expectation. They also beat Home Depot price on same door.

Honest fair competent

Guy had no idea what he was doing. Cut up my carpet in my living room to remove the door. Carpet in my whole living room has to be replaced because they have techs that have no clue. The door is removed to the outside not inside. Guy who came and fixed the door after the first guy did it wrong was alright. Door frame wasnt screwed back together first time. Was off track first time. Broke our rollers first time. Took weeks for them to get back and fix everything. Guy tried to tell me the rollers were old and broken. They were broken because the first guy forced the door off the wrong way. But they didnt charge for the rollers. Cost of carpet replacement is gonna be much higher... He didnt have anything to say about the guy cutting our carpet except. He wasnt supposed to do that.. Like duh!

When my house settled in, a window in my bathroom shattered. Perfection glass replaced it in a timely manner and did an excellent job!
