Glass Nook was recommended to me by a contractor colleague for a shower replacement. I called and had someone come to the house to measure - Mike came out and was really friendly and professional - he referenced the magazine and told me to come into the store with my hardware so we could ensure it matched before we ordered it. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I came in (and made my husband go with me) so we could ensure the color would match 100 percent. When you spend that kind of money you want to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want/expect to get. Unfortunately he was not there.The front office staff did not seem to know anything about my shower door /uchannel color options and we left feeling really uneasy. They charged 75% of a deposit to get our item ordered - we paid our deposit and got our shower door replacement ordered. It took 3 or so weeks to come in and then they called and scheduled to install. The installers that came out were so nice and very professional as well. I was shocked when I saw the color and it did not match. It was beautiful but not not at all what I expected. They called the store and sought to remedy the situation. They showed me the box - showed me that it said ORB (oil rubbed bronze) and agreed it did not match. It looked matte black. We paused the install and I went to meet Mike at the store that morning, it was there that I actually saw the tri fold shower uchannel color options (for the first time!) and none of them matched what I had. Why did the front girls not show me this when we took the time to come in and verify before it was ordered? Why was it not brought to our actual appointment? Im not sure I would have spent $2,000 for something not to match my oil rubbed bronze hardware in my bathroom. I was beyond frustrated - they were then not able to come back out for a week and our old shower unit was already removed.Overall I was very disappointed with my experience. The selection process could be improved drastically so people had realistic expectations from the beginning.

I received awesome customer service from Anthony and Michael in August.  I had been searching for two different parts; one part for over a year with no luck. Decided to try a local business one day and was glad.Anthony was able to locate one part and was determined to locate the second part.  After much searching by Anthony, the exact part (the part was 15 years old) was no longer available, but, he was able to locate a similar part (new design).  Anthony enlisted Mr. Michael (had clocked out for the day) to show me how to install the new window lock design.  Mr. Michael was extremely patient in showing me how to use the new design at my home.  Got home and it worked like a charm!  Patient gentleman with great customer service. Im glad I decided to stop by!!

They are great getting windshields fixed, but prices for other things, including a simple, beveled mirror 28x32, was exorbitant

We have been doing a bathroom remodel. They came out to measure for our shower and then promised me a date for the estimate. After several days extra had passed, I called. Promised by end of day. No estimate. Several more days, I call again, then another day or so and I get the estimate. Quite high, but this is holding up our project so we accept.I get an install date, but the glass is late. Set up another install date...the glass is late. Finally get a third install date and they show up and get the job done Friday evening. But they forgot to install the piece at the bottom of the door. And they did not seal all areas around the piece on the bottom of the glass, and we are getting huge puddles in our bathroom. After the 3-day weekend I go in and talk to them and they dont have time to fix their problems until the end of the week. Frustrated with poor service. Every person I spoke to was friendly, but the follow-through has been poor every step of the way. Last time we will use Glass Nook. The second star was only due to their friendliness, not to their service, timeliness, or quality.

I have found glass nook a pleasure to deal with. I am a picky customer and I also have spent very little money here and this is why you should read this. i have been in this store 3 times for separate pieces of material. the first time it was glass that i had cut for a piece of furniture, it turned out great. the second time was for a piece of Lexan and here is what i find good about this company. The piece of Lexan cost me 120 dollars, and to any customer that can be a chunk of change. I took the piece home and the the glass was not cut to correct length and had 2 scratches on it. i was upset at first and made a phone call stating my complaint. the part that I found extremely pleasant was the fact that when I called they didnt even hesitate to cut another piece. No questions, no pictures, nothing they cut it to the length and width I wanted a second time with no charge of course. I understand i had to go back again and some people would find that frustrating, but I dont because they were quick, and professional.

Blaine was just here to install our new windows. We were very happy with both the windows and Blaines professionalism. He did a great job!!!

My wife and I were highly stuck without a side window in our 28 Airstream and reaching out trying to get some window that wouldnt take 2 months to get. Glass Nook bent over backwards to try and safely and timely get us some kind of solution ! They spent an incredible amount of time trying to resolve our issue. Please reach out to them ... Yeah the place is definitely hit or miss depending on if youre lucky and getting assistance by one of the two beautiful young ladies who are extremely helpful and polite as is most of the people who work there, and cannot forget Anthony, being one of the very bestest assistance EVER!!! The install guys are great!! The in shop guys are both super talented in what they do on top of the many years of experience they both have. The whole crew is amazing there despite some of the recent bad reviews dont take it out those guys because they all work hard and it aint their faults that the next day their boss has them going to start another new job instead of finishing up the job they started on the previous day, sometimes the previous week, and sometimes even longer, but sometimes the glass supplier goofs up and sends the wrong size glass or shipping sometimes takes a while also. Yes you might end up asking yourself where the heck is the glass coming from China?? Im just kidding...the shipping takes so long because the boss measures wrong or just doesnt pay attention when one of her employees is telling her so she can put the order in, but she gets pretty busy cause you know running a business is not easy, but firing a hard worker who has to leave in the middle the night in the company truck that they made him drive down there so he can get to his daughter because their insurance wouldnt have covered the truck if something had happened, now that was easy for them to do and not even an ounce of concern about his daughter but also wanted to blame him for the work they had set for the next day because of all the extra work the guys had to do but showed back up at the shop an hour early than what they had planned. Oh and how could I leave out the ignoring the calls and messages from this employee and texting him saying he did a no call no show so thats another reason he should be fired and on top of that going to pick up my daughter that their insurance would not have covered the truck if anything were to happen to the truck because my daughter was in the truck. And yes my daughter is good, her grades are coming up, she laughs and smiles more than ever. But like I said the employees are all super amazing caring people that want to do everything to make sure youre happy and satisfied, its just too bad the place is ran by Shelli and his wife Cody aka the glass crooks

Im very disappointed in their services. Weve attempted to schedule an estimate 3 times now with them. The first time the he was very late and I had to reschedule as I couldnt keep waiting that day. He didnt show up at all the second time and didnt bother to call or reschedule until a couple weeks later. I gave them one more chance but this time he was 40 minutes late due to mixing up the appointment times. I understand thats a mistake that could happen to anyone. He measured my windows in less than 10 minutes and told us hell email me the estimate in 1-2 days. He didnt talk about what type of windows theyll be installing or or if they provide any warranties on the windows. They are nice people but I dont think Ill be able to go through them after all thats happened.

I’d love to accept your help in getting the product I paid for. Thanks so muchI ordered and paid for a screen door 6 weeks ago. No communication from this company. I’ve called four times and always get “ahhhh, oh really!” “Ok our screen door guy will be right on it and we will call you”. I receive no call from them. So if you want to throw money away buying something you don’t receive, Well then Glass Nook is you! I’d add a photo but I’ve not received a screen door to take a picture of.

Unfortunately I have to give one star...asked for a key pad door knob to be installed...should’ve been three weeks at the most...FIVE MONTHS later still not installed...never got a return call from the manager or Cody the “salesman”...I traveled twice from Spokane to meet the installers who never showed up. I will never do business with them or will I refer them. I ended up calling a lock and key company that where able to do next day service...this is a poor company that doesn’t have any customer relations skills...and obviously doesn’t need the business.

Quick and efficient replacement of our car windshield. Staff was friendly and provided transportation both directions during replacement, which required only 2.5 hours.

Went to purchase glass refrigerator shelf and several storm windows. Originally quoted a price 5x higher than other shops for OEM replacement. Employee acknowledged that generic glass replacement (as quoted by other shops) would be much cheaper, but still was about $10 more than other shops. Glass didnt fit when I picked it up, but Shop made it right. Also was originally told that they couldnt duplicate the storm windows that I wanted; then later called me to say that they could--after I had already ordered from another shop.

They failed to show for two different appointments. They scheduled one for a Friday afternoon, and failed to show. We then saw them the next day at the home and garden show, when I asked them about their no show they apologized and asked for a second chance. We scheduled right then with them for the following Monday at 10am. They once again did not show. No call, no communication at all, they just flat didnt show up for their appointments.My wife had called and had them cut some glass for her desk / table previously. This turned out great, and if I was posting a review based on just this one experience, itd likely be a 5 star review. Its the only reason I raised their review to a 2 star instead of 1.

I ordered a glass top for my dining room table. Excellent service on initial estimate by the people at the reception desk. A personal visit to take measurements, and a delivery in only a few days with expert instillation. Service was exceptional!

People where nice when I went in the get a piece of glass cut. Cost was not bad as well. So I asked for a quote for a fish tank lid I needed. I had already received quotes from a couple other local companies but these guys are closer to home so I thought I would see what they would do.They did set an appointment and sent someone out to measure for the quote. The next day they did provide a quote for the lid unfortunately it was over $150 than both other local companies offered for and acrylic and the glass was $30 more than other quotes.All in all if you need basic glass work these guys are fast and friendly. If you need something custom made I would shop around.

Placing an order to have a new door installed was challenging. Calls and emails went unanswered by the Glass Nook. But most disappointing was that the installers that came into my home felt it was appropriate to listen to a white supremacy podcast. Not in my house!

Anything you could ever ask out of a glass shop, the crew here, I know because I used to work with, can do pretty much anything you ask them to do, weather it be fixing a window, replacing all of your windows or even if you need a full glass bathroom with glass counters. The options are endless, and they help you step by step.

Wish I could leave NO stars. I ordered three simple standard size windows with two of them being the same size in February 2017. They didnt get ordered until after March 8, 2017. After waiting four weeks I contacted Glass Nook and they said they would have to see what happened to my order. Finally in early April they installed the windows. Installer damaged the drywall with his tools, broke a window, damaged the exterior window trim, left shims sticking out and the windows needed two hands to open. He said he would have Glass Nook re-order the broken window. After three weeks I contacted Cody (owner) and he said he would come out on Friday @ 11:00. At 11:30 I called to see if he was still coming and they said he forgot and would leave now. When he finally arrived he had nothing to say and no apologize for being late. He only said his installed never told him about the broken window or any other damages. He measured the windows and said hed re-order the glass. After several calls & emails over another 4 weeks I was finally able to get someone to send the installer back out with the new glass only to find out he brought the wrong one. That was over three weeks ago and now July 7, 2017 there is still a broken window at my home and still have not heard from Glass Nook or Cody. Over 4 months to install three small standard size windows. WORSE customer service EVER! I have also asked a dozen times for them to quote me a slider door versus a repair. Cody still has not delivered that quote. Must be nice to be so successful you dont need to have customer service or be a man of your word. Perfection Glass may be slightly higher in price but if I knew Glass Nook was this horrible... I would have gladly paid double to get a REAL Glass company to install my windows. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered a new windshield for my collector vehicle post haste. Had it in and out of there in a jiffy. And has a lifetime warranty on it! You cant beat that. These people do all the glass. You just gotta look in the showroom and see that they can get it all.

The Glass Shop replaced a small glass piece in a table top. The glass was excellent, the price was good, the job was done quickly, and the workmanship was excellent. Hard to complain!

Worst company ever. They took my deposit for a full window replacement job in mid August and the job wasnt finished until the beginning of November. They lost the measurements on 3 of my windows and had to come out to remeasure. Then, once the shipment FINALLY arrived, 2 of my windows werent even ordered! At no time did anyone ever call me about scheduling time to install the windows or do any of the work. I had to hound these guys every week to get them to do anything! If you want mediocre products and horrible bordering criminal customer service, then go with this company.

I needed a plexiglass cover for a windowwell. It was a special order and took a few days to get it. The cover turned out perfect! It looks great. The installers rely take pride in their work!

Stopped in for a chip in front windshield. Filled out a little bit of paperwork and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. 1 year later still no cracks. Friendly staff.

Needed 3 small strips of single pane glass cut, (28 x 4) to be exact, for a window that had gotten broke and with the hot weather they understood i needed it fixed asap and was told by them itd be quik and easy. I called after 3 days of not hearing back, was told by the guy who took my call he`d look to see if it was done and he`d call me back in 5 to 10 mins and once again never heard back from them. So i called 7 days later to find out they still had not completed the job and they couldn`t promise me it`d be done that day still. I decided to call perfection glass and i gave them the measurements over the phone and they had all 3 pieces cut and ready in the time it took me to drive to the glass nook to get my sample pane and money back. Not sure what the glass nook has going on but apparently if you`re not spending big money then you get horrible service.

Their prices are laughable. Also, they could work on their customer service.
