Every single time Ive been here they have been professional, friendly, and very fast. I would recommend getting my oil changed here!

I went the first time and the line was to long and I didnt have time to wait. No big deal. 2nd try I was in the bay for service in 2 minutes. The supervisor Matthew was awesome and we chatted the whole time as he was directing the worker bees. The service was great and the whole experience awesome. That was a company vehicle and will be going back when my personal truck is ready for service.

They tested my car to see if there was any leaks in my AC system, and they said everything looked good and they would be able to perform the service. A week later though, the AC stopped working. I went back to ask for a refund because they should have known that there was a leak, and they just shifted blame. Overall, it was pretty apparent that they didn’t stand behind their work. I used to go here for all of my oil changes, about once per month, but now I’ll be finding another business.

These guys are true professionals they not only helped me get my car fully up to speed but they helped me keep it running longer with really amazing customer service and a great deal to match. if I could rate them more than five stars I would I highly recommend anyone who excellent services oil, filters, or any kind of services to come here they are fast efficient and really awesome!

Came here on a Wednesday morning, I needed to get my daughters oil changed before a road trip. You just stay in your car while they change your oil. The employees were super nice. I had my daughters car & didnt lnow where any of the buttons were. They were totally cool about it & helped me locate them. They check all of your lights & tire pressure. They also ask if you would like your wipers changed out. A little spendier, but totally fast & professional. In the parking lot next to Winco in Richland.

I get my oil changed here every 6 months because I drive a lot. I am sure it isnt the cheapest place in town and I am sure it isnt the most expensive. They are quick, responsible and accept NO as an answer when they ask if you need your air filter changed.

My wife went in for a oil change today since we received a 15 dollar discount coupon in the mail figured we’d get a good deal on a oil change since we’ve both been busy lately and haven’t had time, anyways... my wife pulls up they drain her oil before they could tell her pricing she hands them the coupon I tell her to get full synthetic and it ends up being 81 after tax (that’s including the 15 dollar discount) for 5qts of oil that she needs. Well they already had drained the oil so she had no choice but to pay for it. I will make sure she never goes there again completely overpriced and drain your oil before deciding.

Ive been here dozens of times for my oil change. Its always been quick, easy and efficient.Unfortunately today was different. Blake showed me in and asked what I needed. As I explained the list of things I wanted done he repeatedly interrupted me and spoke over me. When I tried to calmly ask him to let me finish speaking, he started verbally accosting me. My friend in the passenger seat was so upset by this she had to get out of the car and walk away. I stayed in my vehicle and asked for the manager. Blake said he was the manager. I tried to explain to him that the way he spoke to me was inappropriate. He insisted he can speak to me however he wanted and I could leave if I didnt like it. So I did and I will not be back.

Ive been a repeat customer for a couple years now due to their honesty and professionalism. If all I need is a routine oil change, theyll respect that and wont be pushy with upselling. Dont bother taking your car to a shady dealership.

This location that Discount Tire is at is quick and reliable. Just off the freeway, and next to a Winco if you need to shop or just drop by for a quick oil change. Typically Im here for about 15-20 minutes each time, and the reps give great professional service.

I generally change my own oil and only use valvoline in my gas rigs, but i travel for work and was overdue for an oil change. So I went into this quick change after work one night. My car has over 200k on it so i run high mileage oil that was a crazy $70 to get done here. Well Im home this weekend and changing my oil and this is what i had to do to get the oil filter off. A screwdriver thru it after my filter wrench crushed it because it was ridiculously overtightened. Will not go to these places again!

Came in earlier than I was supposed to. They reset my warning light wrong last time I was in a few months back. They checked my oil, tire pressure, lights etc. Reset the warning properly and no charge! These guys were great! Ill be back at the right time.

They broke the clips to my air filter cover. Found out after i got home. Car was running extra loud. Never again.

Came in to get radiator flushed. Waited in line for 30 minutes with my kids which is not easy.. to find out they weren’t told I was getting a radiator flush and so while I could have had my radiator flushed and gone by then I instead had to wait another 20 or so minutes for someone else to get their radiator flushed. The dude who did the flush was cool but I feel like he should have had the other person wait instead of me. They knew this before starting the other cars service. I’ve always had good service from valvoline but today I’ve been discouraged.

Went in for a simple oil change. Asked for synthetic. Ended up costing me $130 because they put in European oil without asking me. I had been here one other time with the same car and it was no where near that price. I could have gotten both cars done for that price anywhere else. Will not go again.

$70 and some change for my synthetic oil change. Like any other company they try to up sell you on some products but I asked for a simple oil change. You’re paying for the convenience, albeit it was this weekend that was in the mid 20s and snowing, and I didn’t want to crawl under my car so it was well worth the price for me.

Once again, I was wrong.Matt was professional, courteous, and a great person to deal with. They preformed the services and you can watch the services on CCT from your car.He let me know what they saw and found, then recommended what needs to be done. He gave me a print out to keep as a reference.I will be back, thanks to Matt. Great work.

Prices are steep. Decent service. I went in for a trans fluid change on a hoopty Camry. The tech warned me that it might have the opposite effect of what Id like. I explained that I was cool with it.In the end, the fluid that came out wasnt burned but was kind of funky and it did have a slight positive effect on the shifting. I knew it was a gamble but I really appreciated that their tech attempted to warn me. Id hate to have been the guy who went in there without knowing the risk and gotten the nasty surprise of a total trans failure. Good on them for trying to keep the customer informed.Having said that - you pay a premium for their speed. When it was still Oil Can Henrys, the prices were still somewhat high, but not this gouged.

In and out in 15 minutes! Great service! I usually change my own oil and while it is cheaper I just didnt have the time to crawl around under my car for half an hour. I was almost 500 miles over my scheduled milage for the service and was going out of town that weekend. The service was quick, they checked all the fluids, lights, and tire pressure. They even show you the dipstick so you know that they put in the correct amount of oil. Bottom line is they do the job right, quick, and at a reasonable price. If I ever need to pay someone else to do my oil again I wont hesitate to come back.

I really like getting the oil changed in my truck at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. They make everything so easy. You just drive in and in less than a half hour oil is changed all fluids are checked and other checks are made

Really great actually 👍 Quick, friendly, not too salesy, did a thorough service, and answered all my questions. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is this: on my model car the exhaust manifold wraps around where the oil filter sits and if youre not careful oil will drip onto the pipe and then eventually burn off. No harm, no foul and it doesnt hurt anything, but the burnt oil smell definitely makes its way through my vents and into the car. The smell goes away after a day or two, but its rather annoying in the meantime. Its nit picky I know, but for a service that was otherwise excellent, its the little things that standout.

Went in for an oil change as soon as the light came on. The representatives were fantastic. They were very helpful. They found a part that was a hazard to my engine and replaced it for $40. Went home and was bothered by it since I only went in for and oil change and looked at the part online. Only $20 plus free shipping and I looked in my car and the part was very simple to install. It was a bit overpriced. I would go there for an oil change again. Great people there.

Cheap oil change, but better than Jiffy Lube and Les schwab

I decided to give these guys a try and was happy with my experience. They seem to be all about quickness and volume. However, they seem to have processes in place to make sure things dont get skipped/shortcuts taken. There was no hard sales pitches for add-ons, they just ask you. Personally, I would never do a fluid flush at a place like this but its all about convenience. You are there so if it needs to get done, get it done. Just expect it to cost a little more than going to a mechanic. Their prices are inline with what you would normally pay for an oil change, maybe on the higher end of the scale but again, you are paying for the speed and convenience. You basically have 3 different people changing your oil and doing the inspection. Ill keep going there until they give me a reason not to.Edit: Visit #2 went just as smooth. In and out in about 20 minutes. I had a $5 off coupon (received in the mail) which helped keep the price competitive. Will keep going back.

Probably not worth the money. In-car service, which was a little awkward for me. And youll pay less for oil most other places. Service was courteous, very polite, and reasonably quick. One frustrating thing was that they were trying to upsell the entire time. $100 for 4 quarts of synthetic... various filters and fuel additives offered at what I am sure are programmed intervals throughout the service would have more than doubled that. I gave four stars for the service, but I wouldnt return. You can get the same for less elsewhere.

Fast you dont have to get out of your car. I didnt have to wait at all since there wasnt a line. Without the coupon it would have been pricey. They did a great job and were thorough.
