I had a leak on my sprinkler shut off valve, I was quoted an estimate and a worker came out the next day, Dale called me right after the repair and explained what the cause was and fortunately it was even less money then I thought it was going to be. Im very happy with the service and price, I highly recommend it to anyone!

I have left several messages and asked for a return call. No one ever answers the phone. The bill that I received is not the amount I was quoted. I was charged $220 for yard cleanup, I was quoted $175.two men were here, left after 20 mins. I m very unhappy with their work. Please call me back if u want to get paid.

Wow! They are amazing! When I moved here my lawn was full of weeds of every scary kind - my grass was sad to say the least, NOW I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood! They are GREAT! Their prices are great too!!!!

You are the biggest piece of ..... I have ever done business with. You repeatedly messed up my bills and when I asked for copies you ignored my calls and never sent me copies of the invoices. You sold you business and the new people were not meeting the old standards, you showed up to mow my grass after firing you for bad quality! Your online billing system which you insisted on using never showed all of the services you tried to bill me for...and now rather than responding to my numerous emails you send the bill to collections. Beware...this is not a reputable business!

Have had them replace multiple sprinklers when I’ve been unavailable to do so at home. Colby always calls and thoroughly explains the work he performs. Dale is fair we had a slight disagreement on most recent invoice and he made it right. Appreciate your commitment to your customers.

A simple 2 hour yard cleanup job with two laborers and a sprinkler and pool line blowout and they billed us over $420! They won’t itemize the bill for us. I will never hire them again.

They showed up an hour before they agreed to come. They were in our lawn at 7 A.M. and worked for *15 minutes*, and we didnt get the bill until about 4 weeks later. The bill was absolutely too high for only 15 minutes of work, and yet they still had the stones to offer a coupon for $5 the next service, which of course, by the time the bill FINALLY came, was expired on arrival.Not very happy with this.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life! Patiently waited a month for someone to come give me a bid and when the guy said he was on his way I waited around for 4 hours for him to show up I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and stupid me for waiting... I got a great quote and was given a day they were to do the work only for the owner to call 5 min before to say the lead guy was sick and he would get back to me I called 5 times with in a hour and every time after one ring it went to voice mail! He never got back to me! thanks for wasting my time!

Ben you need to get your facts straight before trying to trash another company online. You lied about your experience with McDonald Excavating and there are better ways to resolve things. Instead you chose the cowardly way and wrote a review that was full of lies, just because you thought you were slighted some compost. I told you that if you felt you were slighted to come by and we would make you happy but you chose this route. Its bad when another company acts in such an irresponsible way.
