We were planning on going to another nursery and found out it was closed and so we went here. The lady (want to say her name was Billie) that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful, and because of that we definitely bought more than we intended to not that was a problem with us re-landscaping our yard. Thank you we are looking forward to all of the flowers.

I was extremely happy and grateful, their prices for medium river rock, was the best prices. I check 4 other nursery, and their delivery prices were crazy expensive. I got 2 deliveries for the price of what, one nursery want to charge for 1 trip. They were able to deliver the next day, when we realized we were gonna need more rock. Which made it so much better, we didn’t have to wait days to finish our project.

Surprising! The new owners only took over this year and remodeled with a new plant shop inside. It was fun to just go in and see. Lots of interesting plants and pottery and fun things you wouldnt think of. They are still adding to it. I will go back. They are friendly and helpful even if you dont buy anything. Good prices. Good gift ideas. It is more like the neighborhood shop. Good people.

We were in search of a specific bark for our backyard. We went to the other suppliers in Richland, then we found C&M.Stacie was great, she had exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price. While the bark was being loaded, she showed my wife around and told her the plan for the future as they recently purchased the business.They are not as fancy as the other landscape businesses in Richland, but they are knowledgeable and very nice.They have our business from here on.

C&M has new ownership and the staff is terrific, friendly, helpful, energetic. They have a really good selection and the business is very well established so they a part of the community.

Just wonderful! I had avoided stopping here in the past, as I incorrectly thought Home Depo would be less expensive. I was wrong! Beautiful flowers, trees, bushes and plants; very reasonably priced! Staff was very helpful and nice. Will be back for sure.

WOW! What a surprise today walking into C&M I found some unique indoor plants and pots as well as some outdoor ones. After years of resourcing my indoor plant addiction online I found a much better resource just blocks away!

Stacy is so nice and theyre doing a terrific job fixing up the place and stocking some nice house plants at good prices. Shes making a potting room where friends can meet and pot/re-pot new and old plants. How fun!!I think Ill be a regular visitor.

The prices are amazing, the houseplant selection is huge, and the staff is so nice! I left with four plants I absolutely had to have and a gift for a friend. Ill be going back all the time to see what else they get.

Ive never used their landscaping services or any of that, but around Halloween I took my 18 month old daughter here to pick out a pumpkin and do the whole pumpkin patch bit without having to drive all the way out to the Country Mercantile and deal with the cost and all day experience. The staff was very friendly and had no qualms about us taking pictures with their pumpkins. We found a perfectly sized one for my daughter which was more than reasonably priced. We plan on returning next year to do the whole pumpkin patch thing again. So much more convenient then driving all the way out to the Mercantile!

C&M Landscaping did a terrific job. Christopher came out and knocked back a yard that hadnt been tamed in months. I will definitely be using their service regularly to keep my lawn looking fresh and clean.

Bought an atlas cedar tree. I was offered a discount if I would relinquish the 1-year plant return guarantee. Paid full price because I wasnt 100% certain this was the tree I wanted and told them there is a decent chance Ill be returning the tree. Placed potted tree at home. Decided after a couple of months it wasnt the tree I was after. Returned tree. Was accused of buying the tree to use as a christmas tree (Im an atheist and am against christmas in general). Was accused of lying about paying full price (had the receipt). Accused of not watering the tree, accused of intentionally trying to kill the tree and then trying to get money back as a way to steal from the company. The tree was fine. The elderly woman, presumably the owner, was making the accusations. Another employee later apologized to me for her actions. I appreciate the elderly ladies behavior- she believed I was doing something I wasnt; but she should be more careful. Especially when theres an arguably better nursery a half-block away... which is where I spend my money now.

Called to schedule an estimate for some landscaping in our yard. The elderly lady who answered the phone just kept telling me “it’s gonna be a long time before we can do it, we are really busy.” I never mentioned needing a particular time frame at all. She wasn’t sure if it would be a “long time” for an estimate or just for the actual work. She really seemed to be trying to discourage me from scheduling anything, so I didn’t, and I won’t be trying to in the future either.
