Love this gym. Straight to the point, no thrills. This is where you come to workout and thats it. No obnoxious chatters, its not bust, and its 24hours.

You honestly cant make everyone happy(some of the reviews I read), but truthfully this is one of the best gyms In the TRI cities Id imagine. Btw, check out the other reviews that the negative people make about this gym. Theyre usually putting negative reviews on other things too. Which says a lot about that persons character rather than their review having any legitimacy to it. Ive been to many gyms on the east coast where Im from and still enjoy this above all them. This gym is like hey bro, lets get this money. An I like that feeling.

This place is amazing, its an old school iron gym!The owner is friendly and the people that work out in the gym seem more like a family. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to muscle up.

Good gym. Easy 24 hour access. All the equipment you need. Zero covid 19 precautions nor state mandates followed.

Great place to get into shape without paying for the extra fluff of a chain gym.

I love Smittys Gym iv been a iron brother/member for 3 years now and I will not go to any other gym in tri. The owner is awesome reasonable and fair and cares about others. Smittys gym is definitely a place for putting in work and therapy, they have the most greatest fitness trainers there as well. If you want privacy and freestyle iron weights Smittys gym is what I recommend go hard and go home.
