These guys will pack your item for you. You just bring it in and they do the rest. Its very convenient. Theyre always fast. It costs a few more dollars than the post office but its nice.

This location is horrible and shady! I have mailed out regular mail thats never shown up to the recipient, Ive had amazon returns just disappear and show that they were never shipped out, Ive even had items Ive sold on ebay that had missing items when they made it to the buyer. All of my issues have come from the same store on George Washington way...They CANNOT be trusted!!!

Had a mail box with this store for a year and was very impressed with the staff and their attention to detail and their integrity.Highly recommend. Always so helpful and friendly.

As a Strategic Communications Major, I highly value superb customer service. Which is rare as I had 1 great customer experience out of 4 today.That 1 experience came from Ruby, who assisted and guided me through online printing that took about 15 minutes (ugh). I value the patience, empathy, kindness, and in/outbound communication she showed through out my purchase. Considering I had no idea what I was doing and mailing services being overwhelmed with services at this time which can be stressful.

Worst UPS store in America.First bad experience: Shipped a drawing on canvas (worth probably $8) and they automatically sold me the ship it in a fancy art box package without asking me. Cost me about $50. Didnt even realize it happened until after they handed me the receipt. I eventually complained and they refunded me, leading then toSecond bad experience: I had to ship a ring to get repaired. Who I shipped it to called me 2 weeks later and said they received the package with nothing in it. Giant hole was cut out of the envelope though. I filed a claim with UPS. It was immediately denied with no reasoning. I filed a claim with this store. Its been 2 months and I have heard literally nothing back. UPS lost my $500 ring and wont even respond to me.

I stop by this store frequently. My perception of the gal that processed my two packages was not happy. I dont know if I did anything. I did express how expensive it was to ship package to California. Her answer higher minimum wage higher shipping cost.She mumbled her questions each time she asked where I had to say what. Then she repeated her question louder. She did not smile at any time. I did ask her if offended her in some way. I did ask her if she was having a bad day. She said no she is having a great day.. Said it twice but did not smile then nor did she look at me just continue to type and look down at the computer. She finished my two packages. And I left. I would score her customer service skills very low today.

They lost my package... if you can believe it they lost a SHOWER DOOR! Filed a loss claim... UPS corporate sent the return paperwork to them to fill out. Its been 3 weeks since they sent it to this store! Still has not been returned to UPS corporate to issue the claim check. Id give them ZERO stars but its not an option. Terrible customer service. Once they get your money, you are no longer of any interest to them. This process has taken since mid July, if you can believe that. Still NOTHING from them. Next step is contacting the Attorney Generals office... which I will do later today.

Customer service was good, but $3.25 for two pages of a black and white document is a rip off. Maybe go elsewhere for a better price.
