I thought that the charging port on my phone needed to be replaced, so I called to get a quote. They gave me a fair quote, and told me that it also might be debris in the port. I couldnt see anything in there, so I brought it in this morning to be repaired. They found debris that I couldnt see, and fixed the problem in two minutes.Most importantly, they did not charge me for work that my phone didnt need. And that is integrity.They also told me that my wife called while they had my phone. So that was helpful too.

Quickly found out what was wrong with my xbox and gave me a fair price on the repair. They even found somthing else that was wrong and offered to fix it at a discount. I highly recomend this place.

I was glad to pay for the services I received at Uptown Phone & Electronics because of the combination of quality service and personal respect I received, and if I lived in the area would go back again any time I need something.

Went to get my mac fixed. There is a $25 diagnostic fee if you choose not to get the suggested repair (the $25 would go towards the cost to make the repair otherwise. He looked at my mac, told me it was no good, and didnt charge me a thing. I was sure Id still have to pay the $25. Amazing.

Absolutely amazing! I couldnt be happier with their speedy work and customer service! Options and costs were laid out and clearly explained for me before I made a decision. There was no pressure to spend more money. Steven called me while working on my iPhone to tell me what he had found and asked me what I wanted to do. I got the parts replaced another company left out when they replaced my battery, causing the issues with my phone not working after my 1 year old dropped it. I also decided to get the non-Apple battery replaced with their Apple battery, for the same price. I will be back with any other phone and computer issues.

Not all phone repair shops are created created equal! I recommend Uptown Phone Repair to anyone who wants their phone repaired with quality parts.Back story: I broke my phone screen in March and had a different phone repair shop replace the screen. I noticed right away that the color wasnt as vibrant and it seemed like the screen was laggy. Fast forward to this week, I broke my screen again and on my neighbors recommendation I took it here for a replacement screen. The owner was helpful and we discussed the color and laggyness of my other screen repair, to which he assured me that he uses higher quality replacements. He was 100% correct! The new screen is awesome, I cant believe I had gotten used to the laggyness of that other screen. This one is SO MUCH BETTER!Thanks again!

Went in for both computer & laptop issues. It wasn’t letting me startup sometimes & I kept getting pop ups. I dropped them off & Stephen was great! He worked on it while I went out of town for 2 days for work. I picked them up the following afternoon after returning from my work trip. Runs like new again! I’m going to bring in my children’s iPad for a battery replacement next week when my kids get back from their trip with my mother.
