If you need computer help, look no further. I randomly found Premier Computer after spilling coffee on my laptop. David got me in the next day, but even before bringing my computer in, he tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. Once I took it in, he chatted with me multiple times to keep me updated on what he was doing and ultimately figured out the problem and fixed my laptop the same day. Amazing customer service - even called the next day to make sure everything was still working okay. Very affordable and professional. Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help with my computer issues, even after he left he called the next day to make sure the system was working well. Guided me to download apps I needed,and to transfer files back to user friendly areas All while on the phone at no extra fees. Forgot to mention price was very reasonable for when he came over to check the computer.

David fixed my laptop that had a broken screen. From the very beginning he was incredibly nice, taking the time to listen to me and explain what his thoughts were about what could be done to fix me issue. After leaving my laptop with him he made sure to call me every time there was an update about my laptop and about the parts that were ordered.
