Brought my Oldsmobile in for a alignment and found out I needed new ball joints and control arm bushings. Once these parts were sourced they had me setup right and on my way quickly. My old girl has never driven so well and the steering wheel is finally straight! I will continue to bring all my vehicles to these guys. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Very reasonable prices. They were able to align and adjust the front wheels on my extended 1 ton van after fails at 2 other shops. It steers and handles better now than it has in years.

Ive gone here several times for suspension and alignment related issues. Once I went to 2 other shops that couldnt figure out what was wrong and this shop diagnosed the issue on the first try. After that theyve been my go to suspension shop and Ive yet to be disappointed. Great work, honest and at a good price. I cant recommend it enough.

I suspected that the alignment was off on my tow dolly, they measured it, found it to be OK, and it was only a small charge. Nice work.

Went to a couple places with my classic car for an alignment and they all turned me away with a list of inaccurate things to be fixed before they would even touch it. The folks here did find a couple issues but were able to work around them and got my car aligned as good as I could want it. Very affordable and nice guys as well.

I like this business. They have great customer service’s. They will point other things and show you what is wrong that most shops won’t tell you what is wrong with your vehicle. They have quick turn around times. I like small family owned business more then big enterprise company. Because they value us as customers. I leave here happy and satisfied every time. Despite having one shop do an alignment and another confirming the alignment was correct, my vehicle still pulled to the right. I brought it here and they had the problem identified and resolved in about an hour at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Just had them finish my Silverados alignment, and they did an amazing job! I was skeptical at first due to my family being customers at Tires Plus Richfield for years, but after bad experiences, and my dad bringing in his Escalade to RWA, i was more than happy with the results. Will be recommending anyone to come here instead of the mainstream places when it comes to alignments.

Complete poor service

I was in and out in 30 minutes today. Paid $65 for an alignment where everyone else was quoting me $70-$100. Customer service was excellent. Ken updated me on everything that was going on each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I was told by a friend (word of mouth) that these guys will take good care of you. I have older Jeep Cherokee that just started acting up. I didnt know if it was my front or my rear-end. But something was shaking bad!! I and others had no clue what it was? I talked with Tim at RWA... Tim drove my Jeep 15 feet and said its a tire. Tim drove it another 100 feet and said... its your passenger rear tire. He showed me a bulge in my tire. Tim said NO CHARGE I had the tire fixed and the guy who fixed said that if I had driven another 5 miles I would of had a blow out! I would recommend RWA to anyone for their knowledge and honesty!!!! Went there for a front end alignment and when they inspected it, it was within spec so they didnt do it and only charged me a diagnosis fee. Nice and honest guys.
