They let me know by email that my appointment was cancelled, due to an error on their end. They didn’t call, text or leave a message, they emailed an old email I’m lucky I checked. I might have drove there and been denied. Maybe you should call people who are already having a hard time in life it’s hard enough having to reach out. And arranged time off work, I can’t even get a simple call back to let me know of the cancellation?? Wow

Hands down best experience with the hiring process. I worked with a lady named Holly. Holly was upbeat, fun as well as professional and very knowledgeable with Headways background and mission and vision for the community. Holly was able to answer any questions about the position, benefit associated with the position. Working with Headway has changed my life completely for the better. No one has cared so much for me and my mental well being like the staff here from case management management therapists ; Ive always received so much genuine care and have successfully made it through areas of my life I would still be overwhelmed by if it werent for the 2 amazing therapists Ive had the pleasure of working with in the past 5 years . Headway is more than just mental health emotional services its hope...its love, it is having support when you feel alone.
