The Maintenance man at this complex is super helpful and very professional

This is a good place to live here, but they need to improve the online portal for tenant the current portal is very weak. they should add the followings to the tenants account portal:Access to the soft copy of rental agreement in the portal.Rent history (account ledger)Rental certificate.

I regretted of renting this place .First time of my life paying a place where I cant sleep all night because of noisy all night. Not recommended.

This place is for the ghetto. The trash around this property is horrendous! They could care less where you park. No elevators, doors are always broke...I thought I was in North Minneapolis

So Ive been living in the Richland Court Apts for 6 years now. I never had a problem living here, until after about two years ago with very noisy neighbors living above me where that issue was not resolved until the arrival of our new and finest manager Kat. It hasnt been very long since Kat has been here, and I can say that Ive seen a whole lot of changes in our community. Our new maintenance man Travis gets things done in this place and he is very nice. Our new caretakers are very friendly and they get their job done. Overall, we now have a wonderful team here at Richland Court Apts. My experience with the entire team here at Richland Court is incredible. Our manager Kat gets things done in a timely manner and she is a very humble soul, and she listens to what needs to get done and it actually gets done, which is very important to me. Highland Management, thank you isnt enough for bringing on such an awesome team here at Richland Court.

A great place to live and manager Kat is a great person

Unfortunately this place went from being a nice place to live to a place of many drug problems since an accident happened last year in the parking lot. every day you can smell marijuana in the hallways and its surroundings, and the treatment that you get from people in charge of these buildings is very bad it’s a real shame

This is a good place to live a little hood but Jamie is a great person

Owned and operated by slumlords nothing but drug dealing pot smoking crack heads living here
