New Orleans Court Apts. & THS is a wonderful place to live. We have been here for about 4 years and found Sue M. the Manager to be extremely helpful & kind. When ever we have an issue, you can count on Sue to assist you promptly. The management and maintenance are responsive and professional. I have recommend this property to many of my families and friends. We really enjoy living in Richfield with Sue as our Manager, shes a lovely person with a big heart especially the way the staff maintains the property to a perfection. I dont necessarily live here but I do paint for them, and each and every time I come the manager is awesome.. Super helpful and very responsive, so I wouldnt see why it would be any different with the tenants.. I think the units themselves would be great to live in.. Got a couple options of choosing a Townhome and Apts.. Great place..

I’m writing this review to personally state how much I love living at New Orleans Court. I rarely write reviews but I have to give credit where it’s do. This is the nicest and most well maintained complex I’ve ever lived In. It’s quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly AND management does a lot for its residents. Lived here since 2009 and never had any problems. When things needs to get fixed, they respond promptly. The location is perfect. Easy access to the Mall of America, water parks, trails, nearby cities all within 5-10min. Not sure if there’s a waiting list but if there is...it’s worth the wait

Seleen and the other staff member have been very professional and welcoming in helping me to find a unit and get settled here. Right across the street from Menards and Sams Club and a nice Mexican grocery store. The apartment itself is very nice.

The company that I work for at Bloomington Carpet One has done New Orleans Courts flooring for several years now. The management company and staff at New Orleans Court are very friendly and caring people to work with. On a personal level I can see that they truly care about their residents and their homes. One of my favorite customers to work with!

This place is full of mice I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone I tried to upload some pictures of mice but for whatever reason I’m not able to upload. Don’t believe the management ask the residents first.

They are helpful, polite and caring. They also tend to issues as quickly as possible. The grounds and buildings are kept beautifully and my neighbors are friendly. Definitely recommend New Orleans Apts & THs to anyone!

I love living here at apartments are wonderful and I definitely appreciate the management and staff here. Ms.Morfitt and Ms.Wells are very friendly when i come to the office and ask questions or just to chit chat never experienced something like that they love to build a relationship with everyone im surprised they remember my name lol Ms.Marilyn is a wonderful person i never seen a caretaker/groundskeeper like her she keeps the buildings smelling clean and streets looking clean she is always on her feet moving and then you got Mr.Victrum that voice goes perfect with the way he works funny and happy and deep as soon as a work order goes in he is right there to fix it to sum it up they are helpful, polite and caring. They also tend to issues as quickly as possible. The grounds and buildings are kept beautifully and my neighbors are friendly. Definitely recommend New Orleans Apts & THs to other people thank you Highland for a wonderful place to live i will continue living on ypur wonderful properties!!!!!
