So much has changed over the past few years for my family. From being able to take a tax deduction for kids, to now having a small business, BFG has been able to help us navigate and save. I appreciate the fact that I can pick up the phone and ask questions. Even when I think there is no good answer, Theresa just laughs and says oh we can handle that. I had a terrible experience with these people!! This was my first year to use them as my previous CPA had retired. I did a phone interview and they sounded great and I agreed to try them out, I requested they file an extension as I was unexpectedly hospitalized. When I got out I tried for 6 weeks to get an appointment to bring my tax information in. They were always on vacation, out sick, in a meeting, etc. I finally got an appointment and brought my information in. Teresa sounded very knowledgeable and competent. After 2 weeks I began calling to get an estimate of when my taxes would be completed. Again, always on vacation, sick, in a meeting, etc. After 10 weeks of this I gave them a date I would be coming in for either my completed taxes or my information to take somewhere else. I was given a time to come in on the date I had given them. I arrived to find my donations (very large amount)had been left off. That was fixed, I paid them and left. I paid the IRS in full the next week. about 6 weeks later I received a letter from the IRS with a large fine for filing late and penalties. Teresa has not been able to prove she filed the extension I requested and she says she filed, to me or the IRS. i got an abatement in m name for part of the large amount I had to pay but Teresa has never paid the rest I am out. BEWARE IF YOU CHOSE TO USE THIS FIRM!

This office is a mess. They seemed really great the first time I went there for a consultation and I was very impressed. However, this office is extremely unreliable and you have to call and email them multiple times to even get a response. They dont handle anything in a timely manner, and I ended up having to basically do everything myself regarding my taxes so hiring them was pretty pointless. I emailed them to let them know I would not be working with them anymore, and they couldnt care less.

Teresa was very helpful and patient with helping me and my family. Fabulous customer service and would recommend this company for any and all of your financial services. Thanks chris for the lead.

Started working with Bilskey about a year and a half ago trying to take care of some back tax issues from my own irresponsibility. At first they seemed really nice and helpful but like i said it’s been a year and a half just to get 2 years of back taxes filed. And it’s still not done. They were supposed to file my back taxes and then set up a payment plan with the IRS. I’m going to do it myself and was just waiting and giving them the benefit of the doubt since who really wants to pay the IRS anyway. They never return emails or phone calls. It’s rediculous. Iwould not recommend this place to anyone.Jason Motley

My wifes company made the switch to Bilsky this year and have been very glad they did.

I have been their client for over than three years and literally they sent me an invoice asking me to pay a $900 which I have no idea from where that comes from, after investigation they found that it was a mistake but still they are asking for money for service that I was not informed and no one told me about it, I was considering my self as a friend, every time I visited this office and not a client, until this week, I found out that I am wrong and the relationship was only for money, nothing else, with all respect Teresa the owner of this office, is not the right person to talk with and she never answers her phone calls or get back to you if your not worth it, the rest of the team are more helpful and supportive, my personal experience was not good with this office and I regret working with them for all these years, I will never go back to this office again.
